    Loved this one too. Good variety and flow from one set to the other. ❤

    Loved this workout! I feel like I went a little too heavy in the beginning so I’ll reduce the weight next time and focus on form.

    I really liked the first half but being a larger busted and breastfeeding mom, the floor exercises facedown just weren’t doable for me right now- any recommendations on alternative options without having to be chest down on the floor?

      Oh I get that!! I was in the same boat myself for a while. A glute bridge (and any variation) is a great way to engage the back body. Bird dogs are great, too!

    Great workout! I thought I was killing it till the last move... I couldn't get my thighs or knees off the ground 😅 idk if that's a strength or flexibility issue?

      It’s a really challenging exercise! Take practice and coordination. No one gets it the first time.. trust me, lol!

    Hi Lauren! Can I follow this while doing the Loose your Mommy Pooch workout series?
    I am on my 2nd week and at workout #2. My DR was 4 fingers when I started the mommy pooch progran and now 3 fingers.

    should I gain weight or lose weight if i have diastasis and i want to lose my mummy tummy and i want to grow my butt?i have 61 kg

      Hi! Healing your Diastasis is not really a weight loss issue; it’s a core function issue. My workouts for DR (all can be found on my channel playlists) are not designed for weight loss or weight gain. They are all low intensity and designed to heal and rebuild your core.
      That being said, growing glutes can require extra calories, but for now, I would focus on healing your core and strengthening your glutes with gentle exercises. I have several postpartum butt/glute workouts in my playlists that are safe for DR!

    When can i do this workout after having a c section? Is 6 weeks too early?

    • @laurenfitterfitness
      @laurenfitterfitness  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi! I would actually suggest starting with my C-section recovery plan. It’s on my channel playlists! You can begin as soon as you feel ready and as long as you are cleared for gentle exercise by your doctor. This program is very gentle and progresses as you get stronger, so it is perfect for easing into exercise again and will help you heal and regain strength as you recover from your C-section. 🤍

      Okay perfect thank u so much. I will start with your suggestion first. God bless you 😊

    Are these diastasis recti safe?

    • @laurenfitterfitness
      @laurenfitterfitness  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi! Yes, in minor to moderate cases. I wouldn’t recommend for cases of severe DR. You’ll want to pay attention to your form and use appropriate weights-not too heavy for DR.
