Good Day, Kevin. I am from Philippines, I've always been watching your work on TS engines. I have a TS 125 but it has no power if I will shift it on 1st gear. And if i shift it to 2nd gear the engine will be turn off automatically. Can you tell me the problem of my TS 125? Hoping that you will read and respond my concern. Thank you and more power.
As always step 1 replace the spark plug even if new the resister in the plug could be bad if that doesn't fix it step 2 drain the carb into a clear clean glass jar let it sit for 30min look at the fuel for cloudiness debris and water
Thank you for your immediate response, gladly i will apply the steps you mention above. Thank yòu, Kevin. I hope you will make more videos about TS. I really like your content because you explain it well and i learned a lot about TS. Thank you and Godbless.
That would be awesome. I have the oil seal and complete gasket kit on the way . They look good I hope they are with in spec . Also should I file the basket rim to remove the witness marks from the plates rubbing on the outer basket? thank you for the vids and all the help
@@2strokeguru awesome if you have that info. I also used a wet clutch 10w 40 power sport blend . It's a blend of synthetic and good old fashioned hydro carbons from past life squeezins. Was having slippage and also sometimes would not disengage. I cleaned all that out should I use regular oil now?
Looking good kevin
Thank you it is a beautiful bike

@@chainlife5923 God bless you too 🙏
What I would like to know is where the CDI electronic ignition came from because it is _not_ the one you can find in ebay from Malaysia...
For what bike
The clutch doesn't give a fart about synthetic or not. Just choose a MA2 oil. And for a gear box and clutch only it could be a little heavier...
Clutch disk on a ke km kd absolutely do
Love the channel. Does anyone know the clutch driven and drive plates spec thickness ? For the 79 100 ds clutch.
I can look it up when I get home
Thank you
