    I also want to make a kiridashi, but very different from this one. A very simple, light and small one (at home I always use a knife holding it by the blade, to have more precision, I recently made a cover for the mora blade, very excellent, leaving just the tip out, it looked like a tiny mora, but it It's still big and spacious and made of carbon steel, maybe my kiridashi is too, but I wouldn't mind letting it oxidize a little). Yours looks really cool, it seems very resistant and reliable, just like the kaiken knife, your videos are great, I think it's only a matter of time before your channel explodes, it's one of the best forging channels I've ever seen, I've already subscribed.
