A very simple, light and small one (at home I always use a knife holding it by the blade, to have more precision, I recently made a cover for the mora blade, very excellent, leaving just the tip out, it looked like a tiny mora, but it It's still big and spacious and made of carbon steel, maybe my kiridashi is too, but I wouldn't mind letting it oxidize a little).
