    Wonderful lecture sir.
    You missed whether 378(3) and (4) anomaly in the sense that when an accused is complainant himself and when case in instituted on 173(2) crpc, why in former situations victim needs special leave to appeal but not in latter.
    Plz discuss it

      Thus it is in violation of Article 14 and logic as law treats victim cumbersumly who takes burden in instituting complaint and thereby benefit of 378proviso not extended to him
