Hello Sir, please my Spousal visa was refused because I wasn’t aware of the English language requirement and my solicitor didn’t tell me too, the second ground was because my fiancé and I didn’t mention the date and or the location of our wedding. We were given a right to appeal which we did immediately and I had passed the English test but my fiancé and I choose a location but not a date for our wedding because we didn’t know when I will be granted a visa to enter the UK. Please, is there hope for us? Because we mentioned we will be getting married within 90days of my arrival to the UK. Thank you x

Hello, I’m having a hearing in a month and I’m extremely stressed. We’ve now lived together for 3.5 years and have documents to prove it that were included in our application. Reason for my partner visa refusal was that we live in a houseshare and in eyes of home office this is not a serious relationship akin to marriage. I’ve never heard of similar refusal before and that’s why I’m stressed about the hearing. At the moment we can’t afford and don’t want to move to a new place, we like our flat and we like having a housemate. I haven’t found any official requirements that the couple must live without housemates. Can you suggest with your experience do we have a chance to win this appeal ?

Hi. My partners visa was refused on the basis that he didn’t have legal status before. He’s been in the uk since 2009. We met in 2015. I have ILR. Home office has not denied our relationship, we’ve submitted an appeal and are now going to have 1st tribunal hearing, we want to get married this year or soon as possible and can’t do it without a visa as my family would need to marry us traditionally abroad and then we come back to the uk. We tried to give notice to marry here in the uk and get our legal registration done here but the Indian embassy has not responded about his passport renewal application since November 2022 and we’ve been chasing it up constantly. We do have an immigration solicitor. The refusal letter asked us to submit evidence in our appeal hearing to prove why we cannot live in India. What possible eveidence can be Submitted to prove we cannot live in India?

Spouse Visa refused. Criminal conviction from 2017 with imprisonment of 1.5 years. Confirmed with positive conclusive grounds decision from HO as victim of human trafficking and forced criminality. Between 2015-2021. Was re trafficked back to uk after voluntary deportation in 2018. Married to uk British for 3 years. Relationship accepted but visa refused for other reasons. Chances of winning appeal?
Hello There, there is no set processing tiem for a review. You will have to wait until they get back to you. In our experience this can take about a month.
