Easily my favourite channel on TH-cam at the moment, you're such a talented producer, I'm currently studying music tech at college, and even though we haven't done any mixing and mastering, it is clear to me that you are a master of your craft! Keep up the great work man!!
Nearly 6 months of thick riff Thursdays and whilst it may not have been the thickest this is definitely the most beautiful and epic sounding thing you’ve wrote for this series. Hoping you expand on this idea more cause it’s beautiful especially when those strings kick in
My Niiiiiiib, words cannot explain how much i loved this guitar tone, that reminds me the tones from Kadinja dudes, it's Crunch Riff Thursdaaaay!!! Also i always love the work with the orchestral midi plugins, my God, that gave soo much feelings for the riff, i never get tired of this, much loveee my dudeee!
I absolutely love that you are incorporating more symphonic orchestral elements. I’ve been intrigued in inspired to do the same and a lot of my work recently and this just feels like such an awesome affirmation. Keep it up!
is there a chance you could make a Logic pro tutorial for Midi modulation? like adding slides, bends and so on? I just can‘t find a tutorial for that… :-( love your videos by the way! always makes me want to grab my guitar and just start recording 😊
Really nice. Love the tone. HOnestly how do you play with distortion with your single coil pickups ? I have strat, and everytime I put a distortion pedal on, the hum/buzz is so loud that it's basically unplayable. It's just sound like a huge pile of muddy sounds.
THis is fucking great. How did you get that strat tone mate ? I've trying that kind of tone forever where you can really hear the whole strummed chord ?
Bro! That was really good. Can you recommend bands that do the same type of riffs and tonality? If there isn't a band that does that, make it into a song already. It's actually very inspiring. Maybe add some vocals too. That was really good bro.
This definitely has some very strong Intervals vibes to me, perhaps, not their most recent album, called Circadian, but the album prior to that has a lot of scratches and moments like these.
Lots of stuff like earlier Periphery, Delta Sleep, or earlier Polyphia, etc sounds like this to me. Tone-wise, lots of groups right now are rolling with Single-coil style guitar sounds. Just keep listening around!
Yessir. In Logic Pro X you can go to the Key Commands menu, and under "Various Editors" you can assign a hotkey to "Trim Note End to Following Notes (Force Legato)"!
I LOVE your vids dude, so good! I have to be that guy though, I absolutely hate this Single coil modern metal tone thing that's been sweeping modern metal plans, it's so pingy and gross haha! If it works for some it does for sure! But keep up this content man. You are awesome.
Babe wake up! Nick just uploaded
All the P2 vibes. So warm, inviting and epic!
yeah im getting Mrak vibes from those chords/progression
Nice !! Bilmuri vibes
You know it’s to the point where I get exited about these uploads..
Single coil + light distortion + heavy rhythms is Goated in my book. Reminds me of Thrice’s tone.
No one’s music gets me as excited lately. Truly a great execution of all your melodic ideas.

the aaron marshall and mark holcomb vibes are strong in this vid

Could you maybe make a video about chord shapes for this kind of voicing pls? Would be of immense help
Fullllll sonnnnngggg
Do you prefer the GGD invasion/modern&massive combo or the new P5 kit?
Holy fuck

Hey Nick! Did you add this single coil tone to the free presets? I can't seem to find it!
Can we please get this exact single coil preset 😭
Are you on the neck pickup or does the bridge pickup have coil split?
11:35 hahaha
Nick, or anyone else on this comment section, how do you force legato? I can’t figure it out, i always just manually do it
Yessir. In Logic Pro X you can go to the Key Commands menu, and under "Various Editors" you can assign a hotkey to "Trim Note End to Following Notes (Force Legato)"!
@@skonelokeTHANK YOU SOOO MUCH!!!!
That last part is so Misha Mansoor
❤❤❤
so good man! What drum plugin are you using that has stacks?
Also I feel like if you went back and forth with the keys and guitar on the arpeggio: I bar of guitar, 1 bar of keys. That would be legitness 😛😎
P V MATT HALPERN SIGNATURE PACK. thats definitely the cymbals. The shells might be modern and massive

Anyone know the fingerings for the chord at 1:30??
the midwest-emo/math-rock phase? had to happen
Anyone know what tuning this is?!
drop c i think
@@mileshurst9823 sounds like an alternate tuning to me
