He's saying "I love you L.A., I really do, but I have to stay true to myself and compete with Westbrook, I can't leave him hanging after shooting only 2-16 on a closeout" Dwade then tells him to not regret his decision, and PG knows he will feel too guilty leaving Westbrook after only 1 season in which he didn't even give his all. Besides all that, the fact that he brought in the Thunder GM to his videos further confirms that the GM already knows and they're excited to get back to work. "Scared money don't make money" is him confirming that his trade and investment has paid off, the risk he took to get PG paid off. He's staying in OKC.
