I used to work real estate and I saved enough to purchase my first semi truck I passed my permit test and enrolled myself into a school. I plan to start my own trucking company. I found your video extremely helpful and would love to connect🚀
How much did you put down or did you buy cash?
I’m a real estate agent considering doing the same thing
@@tannernesbit3268hello if I may ask why did you leave real estate??
@@Ndazo_because people don’t want to sell their homes anymore lol
What state are you starting your business in?

Can you make video for the diesel prices generally a company get. And but about owner operators. How this fuel setup work. Why people choose flying j, Petro pass, esso, loves, etc. what is the difference. Please make a video on this. Thank you
Hey Ronen! Awesome video. Where can I find a link to sign up for consulting? I'm in the research/planning phase and haven't purchased anything yet. Would love your advice.
What about truck and trailer payment if you don’t have trucks paid off like ET transport does? As a startup there is no way you will start without one so you should have added this into your calculations. For a truck around $1-2k maybe even more with current market and a trailer (reefer or van at $1-2k).
Hey Ronen, we love and appreciate your videos! We're a married team with a year-and-a-half OTR experience. We'll definitely be contacting you for consulting services about some ideas we have! Thank you again for your professional efforts to enable entrepreneurship in trucking.
Hi sir, I'm looking forward to hearing as a mentor 🎉❤
Hey i was looking to get some consulting from you as im purchasing my first western star as a non-cdl driver
Where is the link to the spreadsheet ? only the one for financing.
I'll definitely reach you out before I purchase my first peace of equipment, you're awesome bro 🙏😁
It wud be nice if in my country Belize we can get to do wat ya can do in d us thanks
Question when leasing on carriers to your trucking company, do they have to go under your insurance or can you request they have their own insurance
This is probably as good of a place to ask. How do we contact Ronen. What is the preferred method of contact.
Thank you
Hey can you please consult this? Intermodal (only railroad) is main/only operation. Rates are falling, competition driving them lower. Please..how do we supplement lack of freight as power only and still home every night????
Nice. Like the system of calculations. Maybe change the 7.5 to 6.5, I've been driving for 10+ years and notice that 7.5 isn't consistent.
Good tip!
You better off options is to open a Bicycle shop.
I need some help with consulting
I have my LLC
I am yet to get my first truck
Can I get a step by step guide on this video?
What is the average mileage your solo drivers are getting per week?
where are the rent trailer tolls? 🤔
where are the tolls for the parking area?
where are the insurance tolls ?

Aye! Wah gwaan?
Very good info. I plan to go into business myself in the next 12 months.
U squeezed it at every corner. But why don't you use the scenario of the cash truck route ? 50 k cash truck and a paid for dry van. And 30 k in ur maintenance fund. What are scenarios with that set up?
Is the driver pay per mile “lease operators” on 1099 or actually W-2 drivers? So your driver pay would cost more than 65c because of the payroll taxes. Is it worth it or even legal to run “contracted” drivers even though by the IRS definition they are employees and you run the risk of misclassification penalties?
Hello, this is the first video from you that I see, I live in Ottawa Canada and I would like to start a small transportation company, I will be the driver and my wife will take care of all the paperwork she has experience in Logistics, this is a project we have for 1-2 years from now, so one of my questions would be, do I have to start with a big capital or should I start with a loan??
Thank you 🙏🏻

My biggest appreciation to this channel and Patricia Tanner, the grant writer I hired. I was approved $75,000 for my grant business from her service I’m so excited
Wow Congratulations on your business success, Thanks for sharing this here. I need your help. I've been searching for a business grant or Loan to rebrand and get some new equipment's for my construction company. My company is LLC and verified and i wanted to know how you were able to get approve for grant funds because l'm desperately in need of funding thank you
I'm glad to know many already getting their grant payment approved from her not just me and my friends, she has really made a good name for her grant writer, apart from her amazing. honesty is the key, without fear l'm so happy meeting her. I received my grant payment weekly ago through Mrs Patricia service

I stumbled upon one of Mrs Patricia clients testimonies and decided to try her out.. and she’s a indeed a professional grant writer mentor
Pay someone to do it for your business as long as you're able to earn more with your time than it costs to pay someone to free up your time, it's usually a good idea to do it. That’s why you can get the service of a Grant Writer like Mrs Patricia to help you prepare your grant proposal letter for grant applications
If you can't, then deal with the "pain" being in business is hard sometimes.

I noticed you pay drivers per mile, does that include whatever hotels/food while on the road or does that get paid extra by company?
Hotels? haha, they sleep in the truck, and drivers pay for their own food
How I can get counseling?
where are maintenance deductions???
I need someone to assist my get all necessary documents for a trucking business
Where is your truck cost, maintenance, etc?
I’m a current truck driver and my goal is to open up my own company, what advice would you give me be able to run a successful company?

Hello my name is Akam and I help run a company with about 20 trucks. We are having some difficulties managing accident/tickets despite our drivers having 5+ years of experience. Any tips or advice you can offer would be great. Thank you
Hey Akam
Does your company use dry vans?
Romen I’m a one man operation with a 26 foot box truck. I have been running for 3 months and I have a great dispatcher. But I would love your advice on to run my truck more efficiently. My over head costs are low thank God, I only pay about 700 a month for insurance and that’s 100000 cargo and 1 million liability. I have a newer truck but there are obviously maintenance costs and upkeep. I would like you to give me your advice and knowledge. I’ll gladly pay you, I just need help because I’m new. Thank you and God bless you!
whos your insurance carrier?

@NorthAmerican-Trucking-News I have a doubt. A trucking company owner willing to teach other people how to start a trucking company step by step? Wouldn't it create more competition and affect his business? I am curious about his motive.
Appreciate the information
What do you put for Maintenance cost?
How can I get a hold of you for a consultation
Do you have a company in canada
He does.
I am pakistani and have been driving truck in saudi arabia for four years now i am driving mal studies 2022 model car and i wish to move to europe
Are you hiring?
About 3 weeks ago i was parked beside 1 of your o/o drivers in Alberta, and had a nice chat with him. I am currently a company driver looking to go o/o and he seemed responsibly happy with the way things have been going with your company. He is lease purchasing his rig from you. I have been following your youtube videos since August of last year and enjoy viewing and learning from them. 1 question i have is . As a new class 1 melt driver with no previous experience what should i be making a mile? I have now been with this company for 6 months doing flatbed only in Canada only,(western provinces only). What is a reasonable rate per mile with that experience?
Can I start a trucking company with one truck sir
Yes dude lol
If you have to ask that it's probably not a good idea to start that up..
Asking this question means you are not ready to open your company . Wait a least 1 more year .
Please help me to get trained in Canada. I have Srilankan license. Please help. ❤❤❤
Wake up,drive and sleep, oh wait that is the old days
Now the ELD will tell you what to do.
Im willing to pay for consultation and give you a percentage of my company if you consult me
3 things ,don't don't and don't
💀💀
The days of an individual buying one truck and building a company are over.
The public speaking class you took taught you some really annoying habits with the hand gestures.
1. Get rich some way other than trucking.
2. Set up your company.
3. Sell it to someone else before it goes under.
We need to get these immigrants out the industry
He shouldn’t be allowed to operate a company in America. Major threat to national security
