These are last minute loads. That's why he kept saying I'm empty and I can pick up before 5. THEY need to cover the load. That is why they will negotiate. Can't negotiate much on the early loads bc there are more truckers than loads waiting to grab something. Experience teaches you this.
I really appreciate you taking the time to post this video! You do a great job of showing step by step what driver’s or dispatcher’s need to do when booking loads so they don’t get screwed, and ruin rates for the rest of us! Say NO To Cheap Freight!!!
Favorite trucking Company! Can you do a video on How much Company drivers should get for Multiple Stops Pay,Loading our Own Trailer Pay,Layover pay,Detention pay,And pay with a Full Clock and Dispatch can’t find a Load!I need this video Roen
Ronan, perfection...I get this...Negotiate..Negotiate you need to post this for all dispatchers...been driving for 50yrs, seen many brokers come and go.. great vid
Thanks for another great video. You are very professional in all you do and awesome you are willing to share your experience. Very educational for those of those who are leased on to carriers who don't book our own freight....
Anytime when whey are asking for a rate, they want to see how cheap you vare and if they smell desperation will give you a bs rate. Never start from low, never.
No biggie at all for a load going to north east. I have been seeing loads to PA for 3.30/mile but you will get stuck since rates out of there are just terrible. Try negotiating going to a good place like midwest for a good rate.
Hey ALL Freight brokers always take advantage when a giant Trucking goes down esp as Yellow Truck +you guys are exactly right save the cheap freight for cheap freight haulers & watch the commercial commodity you are STILL the capital captain of your ship & Happy Trails 🚛 🙏
Confirm me one thing more often the load doesn't stay for so long as you are applying this rule here It could be booked by someone else as there is not enough room to decide , please answer 2nd question Mostly brokers sound too rude and and play their cards well as they have upper hand, how to deal with them?????
yeah sure!, like if a 3@mile load is gonna be waiting for a call back.. In real life theyre GONE in 2 min MAX.. and also is better to keep loads under 650 miles so you ll use 1 instead of 2 days to deliver , but overall its a good Video 🤷🏻♂️
Not a driver. There are lots of videos saying don't t haul cheap freight. Is cheap freight any load that doesn't allow the driver to meet his cost per mile at a minimum? How is it defined?
The issue is there are too many truckers for too little freight. How much can I really negotiate? They can call up anyone else that can probably take it for way cheaper especially the mega carriers
yup, has to go from the company to the broker to the dispatcher, alll taking their cut, then finally reaches the driver whose at the bottom of the totem pole. best to become a broker or get your own authority and be your own dispatcher.
the more u get for the load the more the BROKER MAKES , i noticed the BROKERS so concerned about the trucker making money, he NEVER lowers his rate , so glad i never had to deal with any brokers, when i was in business , but what's coming will not only crush most drivers , but its going to devastate BROKERS , that is the only plus in what's coming ,
Everybody is taking but nothing gets resolved. Just an example i se louds from ga to new Mexico foe $ 2000 and the people talking this lous they are idiots destroying the all market
The NorthEast? No Thanks. Texas is paying $4 Dollars Per Mile to Louisiana and back. Oklahoma and back. Refrigerated and Pharmaceutical. I’m making $9,500 a week staying in Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma. Everything Is Bigger And Better In Texas! 🤠

I was thinking the same thing. I like to be there 1st thing in the morning like tons of drivers do so it makes sense

You’re really good at dispatching. A driver would be very lucky to have you
Lol with %25 😂
And I will be buying your truck from auction 😆🤣🤣✅
It really puts a lot into perspective especially being just driver seeing behind the scenes

Good luck booking any of these loads on s second phone call, they will all be covered.

I did not haul a red bull energy drink load from Miami Florida to Pineville NC for 700 miles for 700 dollors.... I swear...
That’s the real situation right now. He set up these calls , don’t trust this

How comes you take a load from Atlanta to Philly when you are a Canadian driver ??? Isnt it illegal ???
Interesting does us fmcsa government knows your Canadian trucking company working in USA hauling loads withing usa ?
Not a driver. There are lots of videos saying don't t haul cheap freight. Is cheap freight any load that doesn't allow the driver to meet his cost per mile at a minimum? How is it defined?
Yes, that but also, below average profit margins as well.
Can you teach me to dispatch I hate driving trucks now I want in on this
The issue is there are too many truckers for too little freight. How much can I really negotiate? They can call up anyone else that can probably take it for way cheaper especially the mega carriers
To many Foreigners in trucking in the US now that’s the issue
Yes ....how can you begociate when theres 1 million other companies available to work for cheap cheap cheap
2.72 is horrible going to Jersey you are not going to get shit out of there or your other 2 NY and Maryland man I’m glad you don’t dispatch for me

Hello!
Qaleysan
Do you call the other brokers back, or do you just leave them hanging?
You leave them hanging they leave us hanging all the time no big deal
Real live action great 💰🚚👍🏿
Try to make a assessment about yellow trucking company and the reasons went down.!!!
Hey have a team out of North Carolina looking for job 5+ years experience clean csa no tickets. Three weeks out five days off
Is this using DAT loadboard
Love it
Where is the link to get the National Average Rate?
Just scroll down you will see them
@@SoloQueOnlydon’t see it
And that 44k going to jersey will give horrible fuel mileage and these dumb brokers don’t take that into consideration
If u r Canadian why do move our loads in USA ?? 1🤬 u can take only international loads
honestly could’ve went either 2nd or 3rd load
Need a box truck edition of this lol
how much driver gets?
.60 cents per mile :)
yup, has to go from the company to the broker to the dispatcher, alll taking their cut, then finally reaches the driver whose at the bottom of the totem pole. best to become a broker or get your own authority and be your own dispatcher.
Where are getting this numbers ??? Thats insane there is no such loads on the market. Thats totaly bullshit.
This video was 9 months ago, the rates are obviously different now
You’re good 🎉

Fake calls. They didn't even talk about a broker Carrier agreement. Was he already set up with all three brokers? I think not.
.
Link for national average Ronen
Currency conversion $4/mile... How do US drivers not survive with rates like that?!
What?
Why I saw it is Chinese language?
You should of got a least $5.75 a mile fron 6.00 per mile. The customer will pay for s&h.
Do they know you’re recording them and putting them online lol
Other Asians companies like hauling cheap freights
Hmmm! Weird
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Sounds to me like the calls are staged. All three of the so called brokers answered with just hello. Did not sound sound very professional.
Think he edited some stuff out usually brokers answer with the name of the company /or there name first think they ask ur mc number
Thats cheap this load should of been 6.00 a mile. My goodness.
No that's way too cheap... it should be $34/mile
No wonder trucking company filling for bankruptcy yellow trucking company just filed for bankruptcy recently and thats very big trucking company.!!!
Thats when you have greedy poeple working within caring about thier own pockets npt the growth of a company
Hi handsome. Make more videos like this one. Thanks
May i recommend that you buy these cryptos :XRP,XDC,XLM. its my gift to you for your time.
Sounds Staged?
How so?
