I bought this pedal in May, along with 2 other NUX pedals. It's my always on pedal into my Blues Deluxe. Great boost, and with the gain turned up, it doesn't suck your tone away. $50. Buy it.
this pedal's been on my watchlist for over a yr and i just bought it like 30 min ago. i've had plenty other dumble pedals, the thing that made me finally pull the trigger was how good the horseman has treated me in the past yr. cant wait to stack the two. see you friday!

man NUX is really on fire atm i want this, the plexi and how good is the fireman for coverbands!!! the same pedel 2 times with different gain settings.... amazing! when my bank balance fills up, im going to empty it on NUX pedels!!! I have the atlantic, its brilliant
That’s a great pedal, I have it and Vertex, they are completely different…. Both are low gain but they are not the same. The NUX is an INCREDIBLE value …. The price is ridiculous for tone that good…
well i use this pedal to get a thick santana live sound on my amp, it thickens the sound as a clean boost very nicely (laney cub supertop) and get me the sound of santana live in vegas, i can only recommend it, this is a very underrated pedal for only 35 euro!
Is this a digital pedal? Because is says in the manual it needs 300mA power supply, kinda strange for overdrive pedal. btw Vertex Steel String MKII takes 10mA

They're nothing alike. The Vertex pedal has much less gain and has far greater tonal subtlety.

The manual translation sucks, its not 300ma dude, the power draw is around 20ma
