Excellent video Zia bhai. Love the way you have ingrained Hindi in the video title. For our Indian Audiences, Karachi Biryani is basically a hybrid between Hyderabad and Kolkata style biryani. It has the masala like hyderabadi biryani and potato like Kolkata biryani..Aur Garmi mein Rooh Afza se behtar kuch bhi nahi..no cold drink and can provide the satisfaction of Rooh Afza.. bohot hi zabardast!

Food being shown here is on another level entirely. Pakistan is where I'd love to be as a foodie, real mughli cuisine is there. Delicious food. World famous good, this nobody can dare dispute . My daddy raised us on gosht and murgha and the meat dishes of punjab Pakistan remind me of what he cooked for us, even my nana ji style cooking is similar to what is shown here. Amazing food.

Hi, have a question.
I have tried Afghan dishes also they are amazing. They are Kings of naan breads and specific dishes, forgive me as I don't know their names.
There is one dish which I thoroughly enjoy. Its dumplings, like a pasta coating a layer of minced beef or lamb, either way its delicious ( I love my 1/4 beef burgers btw everyone, was born n bred uk ..)
Point I wanna make is, this Afghani dish is so tasty...its dumplings with meat inside.
