But my adventure didn't stop at admiring the majestic clock tower. No, I was on a culinary quest, a mission to tantalize my taste buds with the legendary flavors of Peshawar. And what better way to start than with the famous tawa fish fry and kabab karhai?
The scent of sizzling spices and grilling fish filled the air as I approached a street vendor's stall. The sizzle and crackle from the tawa, a large flat griddle, promised a taste explosion that would rival any historical discovery. The anticipation was palpable.
