I think the word you were looking for was teetering. Tether means to connect, teeter means going back and forth. You do an amazing job speaking English!!
There is always leaked pictures of Natasha Denona palettes. I think she does it deliberately to get people interested in the brand
I don't think that myself because the pics are always by costumers finding the palettes way to early in stores in Europe and posting about it on their own socials. So I think it's just stores messing up. Her last leaks have all been from paying costumers buying things before they should be able to :P

It seems that way to me too. I don’t see it a lot with other brands but it seems to be a constant ‘problem’ for them. Sure, once or twice it happens but every launch? That’s sus
This is such a weird time to release this. This is, however, a very interesting release from ND! That highlighter's description on the site does say it's three colors, and says you can use them differently: "Choose one shade for an icy monochrome look or layer each color for a multicolored effect" It's also sold out!

I've watched 4 reviews of this palette, between last night and this morning. EVERYONE else tried to use all the colours. I'm here for someone to do a "what I'd actually wear" look 😆 I wouldn't mind if you even pulled in other palettes, as that's what I'd do. Very rarely do I use a single palette, unless I'm doing a one and done look 🤔

Your eyes look so much more blue with your new hair color! I loved the way you made the two palettes work together. The eyeliners made this look definitely pop. Also, I'm so gonna add, "It's a Rolex with the date painted on." into my repertoire!😆
This was completely a "trust the process" situation. Started out looking crazy and then Bam! it was amazing!
I actually saw the pink in the highlighter then green on the forehead. It is subtle but there. Thought I would you know.😁 Beautiful eye look. Heather also did a review and I watched it and the look she did was so pretty! Lots of ❤ to you Ricardo Tesla and Keisla! Oops the kitty to.
Despite the highlighter not being what we thought it was going to be, it looks absolutely STUNNING on you! Like ultra flattering and different but beautiful! Not sure how it would look on tan skin tho 😮
You look gorgeous! I think the palette is cute but would have loved if it was all mattes for inner corner, i think thats why i love the triochrome palette so much cause the light shades look so good on my med skin tone plus I’m 49 and sometimes beloved indie brands dont work out for me. It is a beautiful highlighter in the shade 'Catfish'.
On one hand I was verrrry skeptical it was a multichrome due to amount of product and expense of finely milled (compared to most indie multichrome highlighters) multichromes. On other hand marketing did try to... suggest... it might be.
Not cool but it is a very pretty highlighter.
Palette looks so much more pastel swatched than in promos and gold duochrome is gorgeous! I am tempted to get it for that and green matte alone. I think it will pair well with Mini Tropic Palette too.

Adding another comment, as I can see this palette working beautifully with both the multichrome eyeliners from Kaleidos (especially Sea Sparkle and Lime Light) and the Cool Matte Pro from Viseart. I'm already envisioning my little travel bag of delights and feeling excitement 🥰 Since I'm jelly fish pale, I could also use the pink and light blue shimmers as highlighters 🤔

I think I'm skipped this launch. I almost bought the highlighter too thinking it was 3 different colors in 1 pan. I don't think I would get much use out of it to warrant spending $45 on it. That's why I watch these videos tho! To see if they look like something I'd use. So I appreciate your demo! The look cane out really nice 💚

I have the Kaleidos Gifted and Prophecy highlighters and Sugar Drizzle and would definitely recommend those if someone wants a true shifty look. I’ve really enjoyed pastel moments this year. My Serenity palette is coming tomorrow yay! 🎉❤
Your serenity palette is actually moving through tracking? Mines been sitting in limbo for 16 days. I'm concerned and can't get ahold of cosmic brushes either. Was there any hiccups with your tracking at any point?
@@Babymuexlue Hi Lucy! I’ve definitely been very concerned about mine along the way as it seems to be moving very slowly and there weren’t very many scans. It was picked up on 12/8, so it will be a solid month now. For reference I live in Ohio, US. The Cosmic Brushes website is on a break from what I see and they go into more details about the issues with shipping, but hopefully you’ll have more luck soon!

The word you're looking for, meaning to oscillate between two ideas or whatever is "teetering", like a teeter totter (that kid's playground thing that tips back and forth). "Tether" is to tie something to something else (like tether ball, that kid's playground game where the ball is tied to a pole).

Well the highlighter is extremely disappointing...I was also thinking it is multichrome and was very excited.
"Teetering between" is usually the phrase used. I love the eye look! Very beautiful! I have the ND Pastel palette, but probably won't pick this one up. I just never really reach for mini palettes.

I actually may like this mini more than the midi companion. It is just 5 shades I absolutely freaking love. I actually do like the midi too though. I acknowledge I am super pale so pastels work for me most of the time, though.
I have the Pastel palette, seeing the first images of the mini.. naw, I'm good! .. I didn't need it, the big one is enough. 😊 I don't care for the highlighter either, am glad I don't care much for them.
You do make me laugh, you can't get a fake watch past my Mum, she was a horologist - a watch maker - before she retired. Although she repaired watches for a living! I'm so telling her that story. I am so disappointed with the highlighter. *edit but then it does look super pretty on!

The palette doesn't look that great, as much as I love ND I don't like the colour story in this. The highlighter looks pretty nice though
I just got this highlighter and was smaller than I expected and the color actually hoping had a little more green tone to it but all of her products are just so beautiful and buttery it’s fine. I collect highlighters from brands for some reason.
I really don't understand the hype with this brand....
I wanted you to use that golden duochrome so bad (shade all the way to the left of the palette).... It would have went perfectly with your hair & tank top. I would love to see you use that shade. ;)

After you talked about the colours of the highlighters all I saw was green on the sides of your forehead where you put the highlighter, then facing front your cheeks looked pink, and when you turned slightly your cheeks looked gold. I kept rewinding to double check I was seeing what I was seeing. Thought it was neat, and you looked beautiful as usual. ❤️🇨🇦

The shade Sea Star is not good. It's very sheer on the lid compared to the pan. I did use a lighter primer thinking all shades would look better that way but that shade is very disappointing 😞

Angie, you have a lot of Natasha Denona palettes and other brands in general, to me a palette of hers it is very expensive even the minis, what do you say it is a brand or the quality of a palette similar to hers or better than Natasha's that is more affordable?

This one isn't for me but you made a gorgeous look. I wish there was at least one or 2 more mattes and a different color selection. I agree this is more of a companion pallet. Her other 5 pans are mostly stand alone.
Hi Angy! I prefer when you do eye looks that you would wear and you think that are pretty instead of trying to use all of the colors of the palette, some time those are not the prettier looks😘

The Natasha pallet is the one with the blush highlighter and 5 eyeshadow pallet not that interesting
I’m happy with this palette. I didn’t buy Pastel but I have Jubilee and this palette went so great with the dark blue Cream to powder in that palette. And it also has the mint shimmer and limoncello from pastel. Between that and this new mini I love the color combos!
(I point that out because so many people got the jubilee palette from either Boxycharm or Ipsy)

Thanks for this review, I was so skeptical about the highlighter and its price. If it's not a multichrome, then I can't see spending that much. I'm also going to pass on the mini palette because I have the big Pastel palette and I don't really love that one, soooooo... Nah, not for me. I watched one of the ND videos about the highlighter and they were saying you could dip into the mint and pink sides to get different shades but they all looked the same on the model’s face. It’s pretty but doesn’t seem like what it’s marketed to be 🤷♀️

I think you mean “teetering.” Your English is so great. I am super impressed by your ability to master even idiomatic aspects of English. I teach English to 7th graders near Houston, and so of course we have a certain part of our population that are Spanish speakers, and it’s so hard to get them to make progress. For how long did you take English classes in school? I speak only one language, by the way. Took Spanish for two years in HS, but that’s not enough.

I bet it would be very helpful for you to further learn spanish because it would give you more ideas about why some things are more difficult to learn or understand for your students than others and you could help out accordingly. it also makes everyone a more empathetic human to know more than one language well 💗
After 18 years, I pretty much know what is tripping them up. Empathy is a strong point for me, or I wouldn’t be doing what I do. And it’s not always Spanish. I used to be the one and only English as a second language teacher, and one year I had students from China, Honduras, Mexico, Ukraine, and a Vietnamese student who spoke only French. They are immersed, not taught in a bilingual atmosphere.
