I think the first thought everyone here had when they saw that palette was "ooh, Angie's gonna love this!" 😂 I bought it as soon as it was available, can't wait to play around with it! I love how you're always explaining what you're doing and why when you do eyeshadow, you're such a good teacher and I always learn so much! ❤ And I have to say, you definitely look like you've been on vacation and out in the sun, looking like an absolute snack 🔥
As always....you are the only one I know that can get a really good look out of such a dark, vibrant, loud shouting colour palette!!!! Noone else gets it to look so classy!!
I’ve seen one other review and they said that they found the darkest matte to be patchy. Now that I realize that the larger palette had 3 multichromes, one for each row, it makes sense why there was only one in this mini. I honestly thought the light sparkle shade was a multichrome, but it’s not. We don’t see many blue palettes and I think it’s because it’s one of the harder colors to formulate and to use for everyday looks. That’s why the “pop of blue” is so popular, I guess.
When I saw it first launched I immediately thought of you, lol. So many people were saying they weren’t interested because “most people” don’t like blue eyeshadow. I kept thinking about all the gorgeous blue looks you’ve done that I’m sure have inspired others to try blue as well!
You're completely right about the issue with laying down pastels first. I do feel like I have more control when I lay them down first so I typically darken with a _very_ dark outer corner, planning on it being more of a mid-toned end result.
I prefer your blues too 😊 gosh Angie I would give everything for you to do a collection of quads or 9 pans, little curated stories 😍🤞🤞🤞🤞you would kill it!!! I'm also finding it so difficult to drop $50-60-70 when I don't love most of the shades

I love blue eyeshadow but I have enough in my collection. The look is definitely beautiful though! I love doing all matte with dark to light how you did. But sometimes I do it the opposite way with the darker color in the inner part of the eye and lighter in outer corner. That's a fun difference 😊❤

how I personally look at this palette: it reminds me of the blue duochrome/multichrome single shadow from charlotte tilbury (from last holiday if I am not mistaken), but his palette is cheaper and has additional 4 high quality shadows. I think it is a great deal and very pretty

I said the same thing when Viseart released the Liaison palette!! I'm almost sure Anastasia Viseart got so sick of me begging for a cool toned purple color story in the brand's IG comment section that she created it just to shut me up!! Although it's the purple palette of my dreams, it wasn't long before I was back asking for another and shortly thereafter, Violette was released! Cool toned purples are notoriously difficult to formulate but Viseart's have always been perfect!

I ordered this and received it already . I was just waiting for you to post a look, and then I can recreate it. I also received a sample eyeshadow with my order, and it is a navy blue that seems darker than the one in the pallette, so I am thinking that I might use that for deeping up the outer V. 😘💜

I don't feel like the multichrome matches the colour story, like random green and purple amongst strong blues, and the blues are all very different. It's odd
