Nice to see VR games getting reviews. I played this and agree, its overall pretty average with its main selling point being the Graphics and Sci Fi alien planet.

@@kingszeno My favourite games from last year were Moss Book 2 and Red Matter 2 which are obviously sequels so play the first games aswell. Walking Dead Saints and Sinners, Half Life Alyx, Westworld Awakening, Medal Of Honor Above and Beyond, Vertigo Remastered

@@melxb I got that that was the joke OP intended but I don't think that really works. The definition of hubris that I'm copying and pasting directly from a dictionary is "excessive pride or self-confidence; arrogance". It doesn't quite fit what they described.

I've just finished it and it was very very good. I've played it post-patch so maybe it wasn't that good before but it was a great 7 hours with great combat and exploration. I recommend it to anyone who likes sci-fi stuff.

Would be good if you could come up with some categories for say a quick out of 5 at the end of the vid. Like visuals, gameplay, soundscape, feedback, immersion etc.

Ouch sounds expensive for an indie Vr title, especially with all those drawbacks maybe after a deep sale.

Thanks for getting the VR part out of the way in the first 3 seconds. Saved me watching the rest.... Of course I did watch more and it looks as janky as any other VR title. They really need to find a better use for this technology than shooters.

Half Life Alyx will blow your mind. I took the Quest 3 for simracing... but I'm playing only Half Life Alyx (and beat saber). You cannot understand what you get, until you try it.
