It's nice to see what items you have 😊 I had a lot of products in my bathroom cabinet that weren't getting used as I kept buying duplicates without checking the cabinet first, so I stopped buying more and started using what I have. It was so satisfying to gradually see the cabinet become emptier!
Extreme minimalism for REAL people! Just found your channel and have subscribed straight away. It’s good to see this from a female (and mum) perspective, rather than a man with no kids! I plan on binge watching now x
Hi, this was the first video of your's I've seen and really enjoyed it! I am also a minimalist and pure almond oil is great for both your body and your hair, my mom also uses it on her face but doesnt work so well on my face, but mine is sensitive. So depending on your own skin, this might be a great option for you to combine your hair and body moisturizer!
@@extrememinimalistparent I noticed it makes my face break out, so if your skin is prone to breakouts it may not be the best option. But other than that it is great. I can use it everywhere but the face.
We can only try our best. If everyone did a tiny bit, it's still better than nothing. So for me that's cotton buds (and not smoking, buying lots of shit I don't need or driving a car)
Hi 👋 I also don’t like owning stuff. It overwhelms me to have a lot because of how one of my parents was/is when I lived with them. I have stuff but constantly want to be without it but it is hard to rid of it too. I too have diagnosed anxiety disorders and it’s very difficult to manage with loads of things around me!
I'm sure my anxiety and OCD has defo contributed to my level of minimalism that I have. I am easily overwhelmed in even very large crowded and/or messy places. My parents both have a pack rat, mentality and one of them is a compulsive shopper. So I can relate to it. I've gone the other way, though at one point I did have 160 cleaning products for Instagram. 😅
Ha. I’m a lazy minimalist as well. I need to be able to run the vacuum quickly without having to move everything out of the way. I also need to be able to wipe counters quickly and do laundry quickly. It minimizes housework.
I used to have home decor in the bathroom but it was for that exact reason I removed them all first. Then I removed 'luxury' or 'the only way to do self care is to buy all this stuff' items. I still love a face mask and body scrub and bath bombs that work lol, but found when I had them, I just wanted to use them up as quickly as possible because they were getting in the way.
I have medicine but I keep that in the hallway closet. I could do a whole video if it's beneficial? However, it's mostly cough medicine, calpol for the toddler, Rennie, paracetamol, iron supplement, multi vit for the toddler and finger plasters. Fits in a makeup bag. As for skincare, I have body lotion I put on my face. When it's summer here in the UK, I get a bottle of sun cream. Otherwise nothing else. I like the feeling of face moisturizer and serums feel but don't need it.

So satisfying! Tastes better than steak to me. 🤣

Very good. Love the questioning of each item.

I have heard about almond oil from zero wasters. Why is it not great for sensitive skin?

It is so refreshing to hear someone dont they dont care for zero waste products. Ive tried and given up on them and felt bad

Got rid of 8 more things since this video.
Got rid of 14 things since this video now.
❤nice
Do the reusable cotton buds work? I've been thinking about switching for a long time.
Yes, as long as you clean them after use.
i was so confused by your attitude, then you said you have ocd and everything made sense lol
Yeah... OCD doesn't really compute with Minimalism very well 😫😂
❤
U don't have any type of medicine or skincare, eye drops?

Por ahora no eres extrem minimalista
I have less than this now. :]
And if you look back at the previous bathroom tour before this video, this video is even less than that.
