I changed my diet to pretty much a whole foods plan. Love Aldi's. I get there organic granola with flax and pumpkin seeds or a chia and coconut. I put a dollop of the organic whole milk plain yogurt on top with a few blueberries or dried cranberries. I like there protein bread. I can have one slice a day. I also like there organic pasta's, quinoa and brown rice. I grow a lot of pumpkins and winter squash as well as sweet potatoes so I don't need to buy those. My favorite veggies are Brussel sprouts, broccoli, cabbage, asparagus and cauliflower from Aldi. Organic fruits are apples, grapes, kiwi and banana's.
Just wanted to say-- loving what you're doing with this new channel. I used to really enjoy TH-cam, but I became disenchanted with so much of it (it seemed like so many TH-camrs that I used to follow turned to selling drama or endless "stuff" from Amazon). Your content here has been what I've been missing-- thanks so much! :)
We love Aldi! Since grocery prices have increased, we started shopping there and I actually enjoy their stuff! So thanks for sharing! I enjoyed your haul!
I need a Walmart haul! Honestly, your channel actually has given me hope that you can eat tasty food and still be healthy!! I need all the meal prep and lunch/dinner ideas! Or also maybe who else you share motivation from?! I just finished a week in carnivore diet and it was as miserable 😭 lmao! I need my fruit and veggies. So you really have been the motivation I needed to figure out what to make ❤
I’ve been loving your videos lately, so glad you’re making content you are excited about. It’s fun to watch you do your thing (it always has been!!) Greetings from NM!!
I felt the exact same about sockeye salmon but the omega 3s are so good in comparison to a farmed salmon full of anti infam omega 6s. I found I had to eat the sockeye with a really soft veg like mashed potatoes or stemmed pumpkin and it was works well haha
Loving these videos! I enjoy when you add clips of y’all cooking the final product (the meal). If possible, could you add more of those into these hauls please? It really helps with the ideas of the meals (similar to how you added the mini segment of Michael cooking the Philly cheesesteak on the Blackstone). 😊
Alex! I am so glad you made this channel I’ve been enjoying all this content! I’ve been doing the protein coffees and love them! I also love Aldi for the majority of my shopping because im a mom of 2 boys and cook at home for my husband!
Hi Alex, love this vlog💕 I have recently discovered Aldi and love them! I lived in Germany for a few years in my youth and love how much it reminds me of the “local market” feel. Did you know most Europeans shopped for a day or two at a time - to make sure the items were fresh for the meals. For some reason as Ive inched closer to 40 I cannot eat beef as much. Don’t get me wrong I love a good steak but my stomach cannot handle it all the time.
Hi nice haul!😀I was so disappointed with that Stoak cold brew so watered down I love buzzy and La Colombe I buy all the same things you got! I’m new I will subscribe ❤️
I love Aldi’s! I love getting vegetables and my meat there. The salmon is delicious. Would love to see Trader Joe’s and Walmart haul. Thank you Alex and I love this channel! ❤
We love Aldi! They have red hummus protein wraps that are good. I always stock up on organic produce there. They also have dill pickle hummus I found and really like!
A tip if you have a Costco membership: Currently, Costco has $100 Instacart gift cards for $80. We go every weekend and pick up a gift card and a $5 rotisserie chicken. We then take that $100 instacart gift card and place our Aldi grocery order. That's a $80 grocery shop savings every month at $20 savings per week.
@@ukiealbyI like to think of instacarts fees as if they were gas fees for your average grocery store trip. The average fee is $10 that’s without tipping which is totally up to you.
hello miss alex , i was told by my doctor i need to change my eating habits fast or its not gunna be good for me , i stumbled upon ur channel i appricate u alot. my cart will look like yours in the future . i just gotta learn how to make w all of these items
I would love a Trader Joe’s grocery haul/mela planning because I do most of my shopping there. Another video idea is food to make for your kids, especially lunch ideas.
I love Aldi! I wouldn't be able to afford to eat healthy everyday if it weren't for them, honestly. I pick some stuff up from Publix and get household items from Sam's. between the 3 I've saved about $100 a week on grocery bill
@AlexandreaGarza2 loved this!! Makes me want to go to Aldi! I’m usually a Walmart shopper, would love to see you do a haul from there! Also I need Michael’s Philly cheesesteak recipe, got the ingredients you mentioned to make it for dinner this week! 😊
Recently I’ve been shopping at Aldi because the prices are so much better than Publix! Sometimes I still have to go to Publix to grab a few extra things. Next time you should try the chicken sausage from Aldi! They’re so tasty and have a couple different flavors
We do the salmon Asian rice bowls too! We add pickled shredded carrots and avocado with the cucumber. SO good! Another thing to add on top besides sesame seeds is crumbled up seaweed.
This was awesome 👌! I love Aldi's, when preparing g a charcuterie board. They have the best variety of cheeses, desserts and snack foods. I can do an all meat and cheese board or an all dessert one. I can usually do a cheese one for half the price of Publix and even Walmart.
Subscribed!!!! Will you still have your old channel? Also, I miss seeing Michael and the kids with you too. I have a family so it's always fun to see you guys doing family things. =) Btw: Love your Aldi haul! I've only been a couple times but will definitely try it.
Aldi has some of my favorite products and I’m always so surprised by the total at the end… I always feel like it should be so much more expensive but obviously I ain’t mad about it 😂
Girllll everybody looks at me like I’m crazy when I tell them that the ground beef from Publix and Costco always messed up my stomach!! I would eat it and then have terrible problems usually me throwing up within 15-30 minutes of eating it. I stopped eating ground beef for so long because it was happening every time. And then I was listening to a dr online and he was talking about different meat quality and fillers etc. so I decided to try the ground beef from Whole Foods. They have a couple kinds. One is always from a local farm and is more affordable so that’s the one I get. And I have not had an issue since. It’s wild. And really makes me wonder!
Hi Alex! I love your new channel. Out of curiosity, what made you switch from a dairy free and gluten free lifestyle back to including dairy and gluten in your diet? Also, what positives or negatives have you experienced from making this switch? Thank you ❤
Hi Jessica! I cut them out for acne and gut issues. However after slowly adding them back in over the past year I haven’t noticed any negative side effects. I feel great eating these foods again
I don't love Aldi store brand stuff compared to Walmart's or elsewhere... BUT... their Simply Nature organic foods brand is very good and all that I've tried from that brand was delicious!
I always see good Aldi hauls, and whenever I go to an Aldi, it’s a hot mess with rotting produce, messy aisles, and none of the items in these hauls. I’ve been to a dozen different Aldis in different states too
I cannot confirm this because I do not eat meat, but I have seen so many videos of people saying that Costco meat is lab grown and then it looks weird and it hurts their stomach so I think we’re onto something here. I don’t know if it’s actually lab grown, but it was approved by the FDA and I don’t know if that’s what Costco’s using but a lot of people are complaining about their meat and poultry.

LOVE these kinds of videos!! So relatable and gets me motivated to get back on track with healthy eating!
Aldi is the best! It's my main grocery store. Would love to see a Walmart shop too!

Loved this! So great to see a more affordable grocery haul. Would love to see the Philly cheese steak sandwich recipe. Yum!
They sometimes have cedar plank Atlantic salmon that is awesome on the grill
Make more Aldi hauls love it 😊

Loving this new channel Alex ! You look great and have a lightness about you in this chapter of life ❤️Blessings !

The pickles are delicious! Mr daughter and I love them! Love the hauls! 🥰

Aldi is a hidden gem! Great haul video and simple meal ideas. Thx Alex!
I have never been to Aldi, but I am running there next after seeing this video!!
I love Aldi’s! I love getting vegetables and my meat there. The salmon is delicious. Would love to see Trader Joe’s and Walmart haul. Thank you Alex and I love this channel! ❤
Also salmon is IT! Nothing compares I’ve tried many other brands. I love to just bake it with lemon juice, salt and honey on it!
Enjoyed your video so I decided to subscribe I usually only shop at Aldi and Walmart looking forward to future videos
I love Aldi’s fresh produce. I use to go to Sprouts all the time, but realized how expensive it was getting. Aldis has been so amazing!
Yum the shaved beef sandwich and the salmon bowl sound awesome!
Omg I haven’t watched you in years 😢 since pregnant with your first baby. I’m so happy this video popped out in my suggestions 🙌🏻
We love Aldi!
They have red hummus protein wraps that are good. I always stock up on organic produce there. They also have dill pickle hummus I found and really like!
Ok I need to try those wraps next time!
I love dill pickle hummus omgggg I only found it there once!
I love Aldi! Most things I’ve tried are as good if not better than the name brands. And saving money is a good thing!! ☀️☀️☀️
same! I love their low sugar yoghurts

this makes me wish Costco wasn't 45 minutes away from me lol
How much is the Costco membership?
@@marlysmithsonian5746
I believe it’s $60
Thanks for the tip! Isn’t buying through instacart pricer though ? Versus directly from the store?
@@ukiealbyI like to think of instacarts fees as if they were gas fees for your average grocery store trip. The average fee is $10 that’s without tipping which is totally up to you.
You should try to make your own pickle dip with Greek yogurt…you can even put some blended up cottage cheese for extra protein!
Everything looks delicious! As a family of eight we usually go to Walmart 🥰
hello miss alex , i was told by my doctor i need to change my eating habits fast or its not gunna be good for me , i stumbled upon ur channel i appricate u alot. my cart will look like yours in the future . i just gotta learn how to make w all of these items
I really do enjoy Aldi products. Great haul.

Their chocolate bars. Amazing
Never been to Aldi and we have one down the street. I’ll have to check them out
I would love a Trader Joe’s grocery haul/mela planning because I do most of my shopping there.
Another video idea is food to make for your kids, especially lunch ideas.
I love ALDIs organic red meat. It’s very affordable. Their chicken is just OK. Great place for snacks, spices and items for baking.
The ground beef and the steak were great!
You got a follow from me!!! Love Aldi! Love your home!
How do you cook the salmon? Would like you to incorporate but have never cooked it.
I love Aldi! I wouldn't be able to afford to eat healthy everyday if it weren't for them, honestly. I pick some stuff up from Publix and get household items from Sam's. between the 3 I've saved about $100 a week on grocery bill

I've never put bread in the freezer. You just take it out straight from the freezer and put it in the toaster?
Yes!
Thanks Alex! I needed this video ❤ I love your videos
Just ordered some protein powder from Simple Protein. I am hoping to be consistent with my nutrition. 😅
Love these hauls ❤

That’s crazy in Canada it’s legit 10 things for $100 at most stores except Walmart
It’s the same here too

Aldi has some of my favorite products and I’m always so surprised by the total at the end… I always feel like it should be so much more expensive but obviously I ain’t mad about it 😂

Do you still have Instagram? I can't find you there anymore. Thanks.

I wish the Uk Aldi was as good as the US one! Xox
I’m a mom of 8, I shop all my can goods at ALDIs and everything I get at Walmart ❤
That’s amazing!
We’re a family of eight - we go to Walmart as well.
Walmart haul please!!
I love videos . I nad to ask what colour name are you wearing. Please answer. Thank you in the advance
Can you do Walmart
Aldi brand foods are from the name brand companies.
Are you not gluten free anymore?
I always see good Aldi hauls, and whenever I go to an Aldi, it’s a hot mess with rotting produce, messy aisles, and none of the items in these hauls. I’ve been to a dozen different Aldis in different states too
The one in my area is new and very clean- must just depend which one. I see rotting produce at every store though I don’t think it’s just Aldi
Walmart or super target please
Central Market.
Hello where's your sister we miss her😊
I cannot confirm this because I do not eat meat, but I have seen so many videos of people saying that Costco meat is lab grown and then it looks weird and it hurts their stomach so I think we’re onto something here. I don’t know if it’s actually lab grown, but it was approved by the FDA and I don’t know if that’s what Costco’s using but a lot of people are complaining about their meat and poultry.
No big chain stores sell lab grown meat. There are also states that have banned it all together.
She’s in Florida it’s banned here.
Now that you say the Costco meat hurts your stomach their organic chicken always hurts my stomach
I wish Aldi brand would stop putting coloring and other stuff in their egg “whites” and emulsifiers in their yogurt.
Love this video! Would love to see Walmart ❤️
