Hi Makayla, great video. I like the enthusiasm younger people have to vinyl these days. I had that same feeling back when I was young. I also know that parents and grandparents are eager to show and give stuff that THEY (we) used to like when we were young. You shouldn’t feel obligated to like that. Go with what artists and bands you personally like of today. You can always go back and discover older music whenever you like. I hope you will get that Audio Technica player one day. Take care.

So, older records don't need a different needle. Them being flimsy is also not bad. The only reason records these days are 180 g is to market and create a gimmick for consumers. It has no affect on the record of the quality.

My cousin Kechette loves Billie Eilish last year for Christmas I gave her all three Billie Eilish vinyls and an Audio Technica Lp60xbt record player and she was happy. I gave her the red vinyl for Don’t Smile At Me the yellow vinyl for When We All Fall Asleep Where Do We Go and the TikTok gold vinyl for Happier Than Ever

@@makaylac Yeah save up for the Audio Technica LP60X it's so worth it and the best speakers to get are the Logitech Z200 multimedia speakers look them up
