[16:05] - The seven instances where that phrase appears in the Qur'an are: Al-Baqarah 2:117, Al ᶜImran 3:47, Al-Anᶜam 6:73, Maryam 19:35, Ya-Sin 36:82, and Ghafir 40:68 The eighth instance, where the first verb is in the perfect rather than imperfect is Al ᶜImran 3:59.

The imperative-ic L-prefix reminds me of the Akkadinan _lū_ -particle, essentially meaning "may (there be)" or "let (there be)".
_ie._ _lū šulmum_ = "may (there be) well-being (in your life) ≈ שלם [greeting]
Thanks for sharing that. I have yet to get into Akkadian, so I was wholly unaware of that.
