    I will admit your plan to sell is good but it really is just a bunch of basic selling tricks. The best thing you do is use your contacts to make it look like the home is super hot its smart but it really is a basic selling move.

      @@SellingSiliconValleyTV no disagreement at all in that. You got to have the fundamentals in place and you sound like you have that in place. If I was looking to sell a high-end property I think you/your team would do an excellent job based on everything you said. I would also like to think the buyers realtor would tell them about all the tricks your using it works both ways. I just like watching videos about the bay area real estate market, got to keep myself informed even if I don't agree or like what people say. The always counter offer is an interesting idea generally I agree with that. And that's where I think an interesting discussion could be had. Is it always a good time to do a counter offer? Will the buying/selling market change and make counter offers counterproductive and makes people walk away? That is where the real game is it's very interesting. You're negotiating is definitely where you earn your money.

      @@James9000 Glad you recognize that, as most consumers do not place enough value in negotiations. Sadly there is no barrier to entry in Real Estate - many agents (myself included) have no negotiation experience coming into the industry. I’ve invested a lot of resources into developing my negotiation skills in particular over the years - I am positive it has served my clients well.
