I have to give them a lot of credit, it looks like a real person who actually took pride in their job went through the collections and did a good job cleaning up and organizing things. That is refreshing and makes this very tempting for what it is.
Guys, this is the best prebuilt multi-emulator device. Don't waste time looking at other options or spending hours and hours trying to build something comparable.
This works with your TV. It has controllers and multiplayer support. It is PLUG & PLAY. New to emulators? Just get this thing.
The clean and extensive game inventory and nice interface alone is worth the money. A setup like this takes a LONG time to build.

I wouldn't trust any other emulator. Many emulators are nameless electronics shipped overseas from people who don't know games. But it's clear the makers here are gamers and put all love into the system. Well done!
Im use to buy physical games all the time, and its getting more expensive everyday, cant afford to buy 500$ games that i can just spend a little and have them all on the same tv i play every day, bought that with 4 other handhelds they sells too, so my kids and my self can enjoy old games and play together, great product, fast shipping, easy to deal with them too support is right there when you need it 👌

Great video !! What do you mean by -- “ scraped “ ??? NFL Blitz 2001 had audio issues !! Same with Tony Hawk on Dreamcast !! Too bad this isn’t powerful enough for Dreamcast !!! Gets me so angry when all they had to do was just make this more powerful !!!
Hi Mr. Burrito! It's actually because the emulator that was selected (our fault) was the wrong one for certain titles. We found that changing it to the alternate one made a big difference. "Scraped" means the image and artwork. Some just don't have it available. It's not a matter of making it powerful. Just some slight tweaks but it's better now! =)
Another amazing and HONEST review bro! I'd say it's a good product if you're new to emulation but not for someone with experience expecting everything to work properly!

All the systems have multiple emulators, you just have to find the right one to run it great. I really enjoy mine got the 2024 edition with even better controllers and better layout very responsive it’s an amazing console for under $200 the best one yet.

i agree with most of what you say.... but i got my Y6 at 50$ and plays Dream and PSP inc God of wars very nicely and that is the 128g card... only thing i wish it had is pc engine/turbo but still with all the rest its great...plus Dolphin Blue etc etc ❤ love yer channel dude keep it up!
i got scammed with the powkiddy y6. God of war has black skys and all choppy. no way it can play anything on dc like u say maybe 2d games. Gamesticks are all gimmic china garbage
Oh it definitely plays God of war and other 3d games! Just played some to prove you wrong 😅 also played some Rez on DC and Aqua GT a fun speedboat game a la Hydra! And Craaaayzy Taxi!!! 3d games! I took some vids also!

@@darrenjames2304 it plays god of war if you want to have like 12 frames per second haha.. the rest of those games any system can play. The gamestick lasted 2 months and now it doesnt turn on.. ur not gonna convince me that its not junk. All china products =junk
It looks fine...but with lots of games u need a keyboard to play with...also with the c64 for example... i have console x and i really miss the keyboard.
update: I just got my system which is the 512gb one and damn boy!!! This is sick!! way better organization and layout than the other one. I used a xbox one controller no problems at all. We need more systems like this that can play ps2 ps3 etc etc that would be perfect but still this is more then enough

I just got mine today and I am going to hook it up to my computer monitor. I also have a portable gaming monitor that takes mini HDMI to HDMI adapter I have to get that tomorrow I hope it works well on both monitors. Do you know if the game has a search option or if it has Virtua Fighter on it or Mario pinball I wasn't able to get the game list to open

Still needs more power my setup runs all generations of consoles and has all consoles libraries from 1980-Now with the exception of ps5/xbox x/s
Just curious where you picked this up? I have this exact system and I have seen lots of duplicates. In some instances, 10 or more of the same title. Mind you they are for the different systems but duplicates nonetheless. Definitely not complaining, I love my retrokat xpro 2. Are there other systems like this one that include newer systems like gamecube, ps2, ps3, ps4 etc? Subscribed and notifications turned on, love your channel.
Hey Marcella! This X Pro II is the 2024 edition that had a complete overhaul from top to bottom. Anything you might have experienced before has been changed which is why you might notice the layout looks completely different and organized. It look a lot of work and dedication but it was from all the feedback we received in other reviews and email suggestions!

I’ve got two questions. When playing I noticed there are added graphics on the left and right side of the screen. Is that actually on screen and can that be taken off ? Also - can you add an up graded controller ( like with turbo buttons ? ) Thanks again for your insightful reviews !
Those are called "Bezels" and can be disabled and the image stretched. Most people don't like stretching an image that wasn't designed to be stretched. You can always turn it off.
Is it possible to link together several pc’s via Ethernet splitter, all with the same version of Batocera and the exact same games installed, to throw a lan party without Internet?
I asked in an older video that was more about Batocera but I don’t know when/if that will be seen or even replied to, so I figured I’d just ask on here since being a more recent video on this channel to see if anyone could answer.

It can! Those setups all rely on USB input and HDMI. Any input device like USB arcade sticks works.
@retrokatgaming good to know I appreciate the response. I am planning a home arcade build at some point and am looking for the easiest setup option without. Needing to tinker and setup tons of emulators which I can do but sometimes easiest is best.

I have owned an x3 pro for a while now, so just a quick heads up of a few issues I've had. So, before you buy. First of all there are tens of thousands of games, quite a few mirrored, it has good emulation for most devices, as stated the dream cast has problems, as does the n64. The computers i.e amiga, atari St etc, need to have a separate keyboard to play them. The usb ports on my console are not great, both have connection issues, even when using a wired controller? If you want to play Neo geo, genesis, snes, cd32, ps1, and pretty much all the older consoles this little android box is fine, it has pretty much all the classics. In saying that I ran through mg solid 1 on ps1 and when it came to the disk change it couldn't find disk2, which was annoying. In summarising, this is a good machine and if you want a bit of nostalgia this machine is fine. Hope that helps cheers
Hello! The 2024 Edition X Pro II has only been around for less than 2 weeks. We dont have a X3 pro so it sounds like you have our product confused with another! Especially disk changing which is done through the l3 and r3 menus. None of what you describe was ever a problem even in older builds. I think its a helpful comment otherwise but not applicable to our product 😅

I bought that X Pro 2 a long time ago the only downside about this X Pro 2 is you can’t can’t make games run Max settings or try to tweet the emulator settings

Question, the Fake PS5 Jam would you say the games are rendered better with less pixelation than the X Pro 2. I compared sonic demo's and Tekken and it just looked better on Fake PS5 Jam.

The PS5 Jam has the same chipset as those "sticks" aka GS5 and runs 256mb of DDR3 memory. I would not let the video filters they apply fool you into thinking its better. You'll have a bad time with one of those chinese products but by all means please do compare side by side

Can you tell me what "scraped" and "hack" means? I see a lot of companies that you mentioned "hacks" or "ROMHacks"..? Thanks.
Hacks are basically like remixed and edited games. For example you could have a super Mario bros with Sonic as your character just as an example. Different variations or games that have new custom made levels. Stuff of that nature. Scraped is when you pull the data for your games so you get the pictures previews and info in the menus rather than just a file name for each game.

Went with the minisforum um790 and currently downloading coinops next. Hoping I can get it configured from there, fellow gun4ir player here too so if I can get a build that has it pre configured it will be a game changer, never got them working before and I've owned two for a year

I don't think they have a game list. Have to remember though why most don't want to put out game lists. That wouldn't be a wise choice for them.
