Why can't you just sew two pieces of fabric together,right sides together leaving an opening to turn it out. Then fold in half the piece you just sewed, except the opening on top. Them attach handles. Would this idea work? Thanks.

It is a good bag, but there was not any measuremeants for the straps
Straps are 22-24 inches
