First time seeing the layout and it certainly was my eye candy for today. Your work is nothing short of stunning. From the structures, to the trees and foliage, and all of the small details, you have captured it all very well. Keep it coming.
Very nice layout! Very impressive. In the past I was a Branch Manager for Pyrofax Gas Corporation. If you do not mind I will give you some tips to improve the appearance your propane plant I will will start with your 30,000 gallon storage tanks. You need some 10 foot vertical pipes on each tank. Sometimes you will see one or two on each tank. Those vertical pipes are for blow off release if the pressure is too great in the tanks during the summers. The length keeps fire from impinging on the tank should for some reason the gas caught on fire during a release. If you can find some model highway guard rail, arrange it between your 30,000 gallon tanks and your trucks. You do not want any trucks backing into your storage tanks. You need a truck entrance exiting near the office building going across the tracks. It will have gates too. It can be paved or gravel and run off the edge of the layout. You will have crossing bucks at the tracks. The branch manager would have a pickup truck painted in company colors with a rack on the bed to make unscheduled deliveries of 100 lbs gas tanks, sometimes referred to as cooking bottles. Also, could carry forklift tanks. That shack with the white 200 or 250 gallon tanks needs some big improvements. The shack is okay, but it should be on top of a loading dock at the same level as the bed of a flatbed truck. That shack is where the 100lbs cooking tanks, forklift, BBQ grill bottles were refilled. You can use tapered dowels to create a number of 100lbs tanks on the loading dock. You need a flatbed truck backed up to the loading dock. it will have steel sides. It would have all sorts of tie down chains hanging on it. We had a method of spinning the tank and walking it off and on the flatbed or across the loading dock. You can add details by installing a pipe, hose and an industrial beam scale next to the shack's wall. There would be a setup inside too. Those bottles/tanks were filled by weight. We had large powder fill fire extinguishers in key locations around the plant including hanging on the refill shack. Your pulp mill would receive forklift tanks by flatbed truck. Forklift tanks got beat to he... The forklift drivers were always tossing those around without care. At the moment I do not think you have the room for it, but my gas plant received product by rail and by semi-truck. You need a few spare 500 and 1000 gallon house tanks stored along the fence. Propane plants not only sold gas. Propane plants also sold propane appliances and grills. It was not unusual to have a sale banner on the fence. Back in those days we sold Broilmaster Grills. For Pyrofax in Indiana, my office was big enough to warehouse appliances and grills for the entire state. I usually made the deliveries to the other company offices all over Indiana. Oh! One other detail. Truck tires! Each of the gas plants usually had a stack of worn out truck tires from the bobtails. That is the yellow truck in your plant. If you have a grain elevator and dryer bins it would not be unusual for several 1,000 gallong tanks to be there with a bobtail filling the tanks. Just a few things to consider when you have the time.

@Brad Ketchen your article and related posts were great! I was there early ‘90s as a school teacher. Things were starting to slow down at the mines and all I really remember was the fuel racks and covered Gondolas of concentrate. Often thought of maybe modelling that area.

Your layout is beautiful but would be much more enjoyable to view if you slowed down on your paning with the camera. I can see the fantastic results of your modeling skills and would hope you might consider redoing the filming at a slower pace,
