    더본의 브랜드는 전체를 관통하는 철학이 느껴지는게, '일상생활에서 녹아드는 위로감과 성취감. 개인적으로 소소한 행복'. 개인적으로 외식을 거의 안하지만 그래도 한다면 더본 브랜드에서 하는 편인데 항상 만족도가 높음. 먼 훗날 대한민국에 위인전이 갱신된다면 사업가이자 문화를 창조한 백종원 선생님의 이름을 모두가 기억할꺼라고 자신함.

      메추리로 하는게 맞을듯. 메추리는 튀기지않아도 바싹굽기가지만해도 뼈까지 씹히더군요. 닭은 뼈가 두꺼워서 잘 모르겠습니다.

    치과에서 딱딱한거 씹지말라했는데ㅋㅋ 닭도 오돌뼈같은 연골부위는 먹지만 앏은 뼈도 먹기엔ㅋㅋ 연골과 짜투리살도 있겠지만 바싹 구우니 짜투리살도 과자가 될테고.. 하여간 인기있기는 힘들듯

    맛없을수가 없는 비쥬얼이네요
    제가 예전부터 깐부 전기구이만 먹는데
    항상 바싹 익혀달라고 합니다
    그러면 가장 맛난부위가 뼈에붙은 연골
    이나 뼈에붙은 살이었음
    쫀득하고 고소하고

    뼈만 튀길게아니라 애초에 후라이드 치킨을 저렇게 갈색이 날때까지 바싹 튀기면 뼈까지 다 먹을수 있잖아욤.
    물론 굵은 닭다리 뼈는 어쩔수 없이 발라내야 하겠지만 그 외에는 이만 튼튼하다면 남김없이 바삭바삭 우적우적 다 씹어먹을수 있던데욤!? 😋ㅋ

    옛날통닭하고 비슷한 포지션인데 옛날통닭 가격이 7천~9천 사이니 확 싸게 하지 않으면 매리트가 많이 떨어질거 같네요

      @@shame623 영상에서도 짚은 바 중국 길거리 요리로도 이미 있는 요리라고 소개되더라구요... 다만 우리한테는 생소한 요리였구요 그래서 침착맨 채널에서 한 차례 웃긴 소재로 이미 활용된 부분이 있어서 댓글로 달았었습니다. 침착맨이 욕먹는건 제 일이 아니지만, 위 제 댓글이 만일 오해를 사 침착맨과 팬들이 부당하게 비난받게된다면 그건 잘못일 것 같아 길게 댓글 답니다. 댓글 내용에 침착맨이 대단하다 침착맨이 원조다 이렇게 우기려는 의도가 전혀 없었습니다.

    예전에 시장이나 시골 할머니댁 읍내에 있는 장터같은 곳에서
    메추리를 저렇게 눌러가며 바짝 구워낸 구이 먹었던 기억이 나네요
    나중에 군대가서 행보관님이 야외작업할때 고생한다며 나가서 사오셔갖고
    철판에다가 삽자로 뒤편으로 꾹 눌러구워주셨던 메추리

    머릿속으로 시뮬레이션 엄청 돌려봤는데 닭뼈튀김은 좀 갸우뚱인데...ㅋㅋ 그냥 쥐포 두께만큼되도록 짜부 시킨걸 납품해서 부엌에선 짧은 시간투자해서 튀길수 있도록 하는게 좋을거 같아요.
