Unfortunately there was no video last week because it got deleted. Because of this, in future video's I have to trim or cut certain parts out, my apologies in advance.
This was the Bee Gees 1975 comeback song, and it shot up the charts to #1, and started them on their non-stop path of hit after hit after hit in the mid to late 1970s.
if you go to youtube official video statistics you can se the inmens power of the bee gees, their videos are more visited than Beatles, Rolling, Elvis presley or Pink Floyd....very few people beat the Bee Gees in this section, some of those who surpass them in views are Michael Jackson, Madonna and very few others, you can do the test if you want, I did it two days ago. I recomended you two songs you will in love with them. "livingeyes", and "wedding day"
Not to take anything away from Maurice, but that beefy bass line was created and played by keyboardist Blue Weaver (in the white shirt) on synthesizer. Mo is doubling the line on his bass guitar.
If you want to venture our to other great songs of the disco era.....Donna Summer doing "Last Dance," "I Will Survive" by Gloria Gaynor, and/or "Smoke From a Distant Fire" by the Stanford Townsend Band....they will make you want to move too...
If you would like to react to a New band you may want to try The SiXsters. They are 5 girl musicians from Ukraine. Songs to try “For Us for Me” groovy, “I stare at You” ballad, or “Feels” rock. They are classed as rock, pop punk, art rock. But they don’t really have a genre they just play whatever they want. Kinda a 60s 70s sound.
Maurice was a great musician and a master on the bass!
The studio version is longer and worth a listen extra funk at the end!! Nice reaction 😊
Beutifull cool beans its grooving baby love it ❤😊
Barry got the beat from goin over a bridge every day to/from the studio.
