I’ve been brewing for a brewery for 3 years since I was 19. I had to learn out of necessity because we had to get rid of our other brewer. The thing is, I’m sort of going backwards. I started out on a professional system and now I’m wanting to get in to home brewing so I can finally make my own recipes without experimenting on our big system and wasting a lot.
Right on man, surpisingly it is pretty much the same process depending on what type of system you are going to use. Brewers friend will allow you to downsize your recipes to your homebrew system. Cheers!
