Highly recommend the dualpro. Had it on my note 5. Multiple, multiple drops over the years. Even my kids throwing my phone across rooms on tile. No damage.
Now have it protecting my note 8. Already survived one three foot drop to tile at high speed.
It is the only case I can find for note 8 that has maximum raisivity on the top bottom and sides of the curved screen.

You should try the Whitestone dome glass for the note 8! It's costly as hell, but it's worth it! Hands down the best glass screen protector for the note 8 that you can buy!
