I really like how he didn’t need the Stark Suit he needed to use his old suit he made and it just makes sense bc he’s a kid and what he said to Tony when he offered him the IronSpider suit at the end of Spider-Man Homecoming he declined him and was forced to wear it later on in Infinity War.
He wasn't really "forced" to wear the Iron Spider in Infinity War. Iron Man sent it to him to save his life. He would've ran out of oxygen.

What you on didn't need, he freaked out when tony said he'll take away his suit. Plus, he said he didn't want to be an avenger yet that's why he didn't take the ironspider suit besides that, he was excited to use tony suit all on his own movies, and used it in infinity war, before getting the iron spider put on him to save his life. If he didn't like it he would've left , but he decided to go help tony. And got excited he became an avenger now.
If he did join, it would be really comic accurate....

I remember being really surprised when it was announced that Spidey was on Tony's team in the movie cuz the whole point of Spider-Man is keeping his identity secret and helping people on his own terms because its his responsibility. And thats exactly what Steve's motivations are too.

This is actually logical and highly explanatory. I wish this happened because Spider-Man is a character about responsibility and about doing what's right no matter what. But since Tom Holland's Spider-Man is younger and is not adulthood and hasn't had a full growth into his heroism and his time as a hero, I see why he would join Iron Man's team in the original timeline.

After hearing this story, I wish this was what we got instead. Although I didn't want Spider-Man in the MCU at all, I think this timeline would've convinced me to give it a chance. Although, I don't think the events of Homecoming would be the same especially when Spidey doesn't have any support from or respect toward the shell head who's practically the center of canon MCU Spidey's entire presence.
On the other hand, I'd prefer it if Spidey actually got Cap and Stark to stop fighting and inform them of the true threat.

Yeah, or if the MCU would be a bit like the same, but this time, If Tobey's Spider-Man re-embraced his destiny and helped the big dudes after Spider-Man 3.
New FatWS timeline: (To add continuity, Cap still died of old age)
Most likely, Peter would become friends with Bucky and Sam. Spiderman would try to help the two with their problems and would support Sam for his decision to put the shield in a museum. He would not be okay with John Walker becoming Cap tho. When John kills a supersoldier, Spiderman would also be involved in the fight between all of them. Because there's a lot of things Spiderman can do that a supersoldier can't, John would be badly injured and Sam would claim the shield again. Spiderman would help Sam train to become Captain America and he would still dawn the comic accurate Sam Wilson Captain America suit. Peter wouldn't help Sam fight Karli but would probably help Bucky and Sharon. Once the fight is done, Peter would pay attention to Sam's speech to the senator and later on, would continue working on his own. Sam and Bucky would thank Spiderman for his help and say that Steve would've been proud of him. That gives Spiderman a boost to keep going.
Now THIS is the Spider-Man that I know and not the MCU version that we got. I am glad that you did this as this was the Spider-Man worth looking for. Thank you for this video.

If Tony wasn’t in homecoming the events couldn’t have played out the same because when vulture picks up Peter and drops him into the lake Tony wouldn’t be there to save him like he does in the movie
If this did happen then it'd have been so sick. Would've loved to see classic suit spidey who is mature and well trained in battling

Great What If episode but if you really think about it though this whole thing basically changes everything in the MCU That involves Spider-Man, Homecoming, Infinity War, Endgame, and Far From Home and especially with the relationship with Peter and Tony and their relationship wouldn’t be heartwarming as it was and Tony wouldn’t be the Uncle Ben Like to Peter at all and I am sure to that the movie’s Spider-Man is in would be very different.

I honestly would’ve really liked to see Spider-Man switch to Team Cap, I feel like one of the MCU’s biggest missed opportunities with Spider-Man was not having many interactions between him and Cap, I always love their interactions in other universes where we see Spidey looking up to Cap and Cap’s respect for Spidey, sometimes (like in the Ultimate universe I think) even saying at least one day Spidey will be the best of us. I liked their interaction in CW and Cap calling Spidey “Queens” in Endgame was a fun little callback, but I really think they could’ve done more with that

@@catpin seeing Natasha be on Tony side first should have made Clint question what their doing if Nat was on his side and Scott just finished his character development in the Ant Man movie so seeing him become a criminal in CW just makes the Ant Man movie which he wanted to stop becoming a criminal and wanting to spend time with his family redundant he even admits it in Ant Man and the Wasp
I think my only problem with this is that it turns Iron Man into a straight up villain for the story. In both the comic and Movie neither Cap nor Tony really ever felt like the villain. I think if you changed this less into Tony being manipulative and more about how Tony knows that the only way to keep the avengers alive is to sign the accords. Make it that he doesn’t want to arrest the kid but that he wouldn’t be able to keep shield or the UN from coming after him.
