Hello guys! I went camping in the forest and hit by crazy rain. It rained twice. The second one was so crazy!
Torrential rain made my tent got trouble. Thunderstorm were above me. The sound of rainstorm & thunderstorm seemed never end.

I like that its big, the more room the better.. I like space and I love to move around.. cannot be in a close up space.

I suggest you put a tarp over and above your tent especially when it's raining...The guy lines too for the tent tie it down

Je pense que je ne connais rien aux joies du camping 😂. Mais j'aime écouter bruit de la pluie. .

I like seeing big tents. It would be nice if you could put up a tent at least once without getting soaked with rain. You must have been freezing cold.
There's a fun fact that I and other campers in rain don't feel cold because we wear rain coat and moving around to take videos. Body heat is trapped under the rain coat.
But, thanks for the idea using big tent. I hope I can get other big tents for my videos.

I just found your channel Friday May 10, 2024. This is my third video so far. i am playing catch up. It sucks that you had to pitch the tent in a mud hole and a slowly filling lake.. Was the bottom of the tent waterproof? It looks like it was. It's too bad there wasn't a better spot with better drainage.

I watch all your videos and love them. But the problem is not with the "tent roof". You seem to struggle with erecting a tarp or tent properly and always have rain pooling up. Don't blame the tools, you need to do research and find a solution to your roofing nightmares ❤

I think a better position for the tent....even on a slight rise would have been better my friend....nothing bad as water inside on the ground.

I always avoid the tallest tree in the camp site, because it is usually the main object lightning will strike

Not really, it was no rain at night so it did not take long time to dry.

Why camp in the rain and on the grass .I heard that it's best to set up before the rain Storm ,good luck dude.
The drainage didn't work well. I've complained about it to the campsite management.
In the rain,
Look for higher ground,
Gust windy condition,
Look for lower ground.
Then prepare fire pit.
I prefer a smaller tent in bad weather condition.
I feel bad for you guys.
