Been meaning to tell you, don't cut any nails with these
FastCap PLIERS-FLUSH CUT Flush Cut Trimmers, it will mess them up. Finish nails dented them all up.

Same here. I was in a pinch and grabbed the fastcap flush cut trimmer to cut a 21ga nail and it dented the pliers.

I've used the same set of Virutex edge banding tools for many years. Very efficient and economical solution for shops where the amount of EB work can't justify a more serious investment. When using the end-trimming guillotine, I find it doesn't cut quite flush, so I use a very sharp chisel with a skew slicing cut guided by indexing the back of the blade against the adjoining work piece edge for final trimming. Do you find that the Fastcap flushcutter achieves a perfect result without any follow-up?

From the test I’ve done, I’ve found using the FastCap trimmer followed by the fast break gives the best results.

Concerning using the flush cut on the ends , it does cut flush but I still give a slight bevel with my sanding devil.

Thank you so much for posting this. I couldn't quite tell, was that 1mm pvc edgebanding you were applying? If not, have you used it with 1mm preglued pvc and what is your opinion? Thankyou!!!

I'm using 1mm birch veneer, but it should work with pvc as well. Thanks for watching!
