Great video! The one tip I would add is email filters with labels. I have any email from my org that wasn’t sent by me automatically labeled as such so I know it’s an internal email. I work in a school so getting back to internal emails is usually my top priority.

You'll see by my calendar events, that I also do other small tasks during this time (not just email). As for SaneBox, you can use any of the features (including Deep Clean) at no cost during your free trial.
