- The sun has set on one of Universal Orlando’s stage shows aimed at the resort’s younger guests, A Day in the Park with Barney. Universal Orlando confirmed that the show was indeed permanently closed on Twitter. The show had previously been “temporarily closed” as part of the resort’s phased reopening plan. This was such a great show. So inventive. I'd stop by to see it and I didn't even have kids at the time. Well done. RIP.
I remember going to Universal back in 2007, this show was still going on, but I thought I was "too old" to go see it. However, Barney such a huge influence in my early childhood, such a shame to see Universal remove it....thank you for filming and uploading so it wont be forgotten!
RIP to my childhood. I knew it was time to say goodbye, but never thought the day would actually come.
Don’t worry Barney will come back, when it reopens when the coronavirus is gone and everything is going to be back to normal again soon.

I never got a chance to meet Barney! I really wanted to meet him. And by the time I knew he was in Universal Studios Florida, it’s already too late for me. I’m really upset by the closure of this show. I have no idea where to find Barney now.😭💔

For me as a kid I never liked Barney and friends at all they’re the most annoying characters ever and they’re songs were rubbish anyway and I don’t like them at all I prefer paw patrol pups they’re more cuter than Barney

Guys I know you miss Barney but the show was extremely old and it was starting to get outdated, and besides we have DreamWorks Destination, which is better than Barney in my opinion

Baby Bop - a green three-year-old Triceratops who's BJ's sister. She loves to carry her yellow blankey, which is seen in the attraction.

Nintendo is coming to epic universe according to the art they released. But what's coming to universal studios now?
Nothing, they are leaving that part of the park alone for the time being, it's literally just wasted space now

Super Nintendo World will be coming to Epic Universe in 2025. It hasn’t been announced what they’ll replace this with
