I think Tsimikas is an under rated left back, fairly solid when he’s relied upon.

Honestly it's been the tactical change at Arsenal. Beginning of the season they ran Havertz at the 8 and Rice at the 6, now it's more like Jorginho at the 6 Rice at the 8 and Havertz up top for hold up play and runs in behind. Right now Jorginho is a starter but over the course of the szn he's been more rotation.
