Axon 2018 fork didn't have pin holes rather 2 spacers to get the travel to 100 mm. Once those spacers were removed the travel is now 120mm. Yesterday I have successfully converted my Axon 2018 fork from 100mm to 120mm by removing those two plastic C-rings. Another difference is that on rebound adjuster leg there is special nut instead of imbus screw but the process of dissassembling and assembling remains almost the same. Thanks for the video, i just bought Epicon Front air fork and the suspension is too hard, any idea how to release the air to make it softer? big thanks!
I’m sure you know by now, but Axon is topped out @ 120mm. Even the Axon34 Elite which states it can do 130 on the web page can, in reality, only get to 120. Fabulous downhill fork, though. I’d run it over a Fox 34 Stepcast if weight were my primary concern.

set the correct psi in your fork ( based on your weight )
@
bikeradararchive, does the grease needs to be reapplied at bottom of fork? 1:42
So, if I wanted to increase the travel in my Raison XC's, do I move the pins towards the dropouts or the fork crown?
Jayce Hudson more up = more travel. So if you want more travel you need to move the pin up
does the 26epicon and 27.5epixon has the same inside mechanism?..i want to put the lower part of 27epixon to the upper part of 26epicon
what about solo air epixon?
So this fork doesn't use any fork oil just like rockshox nor Fox, does it?
Rendy de Puniet they dont. i use fork oil i bought from a motorcycle shop and it works great. mtb specific is too expensive.
Macky Martin actually everything which is related to bike will cost more 😂
yep. just imagine 2usd for 100 ml. been usin this oil for more than a year now with no problems
What year model is this Epixon? Thank you!
Why the fork cannot lock after change travel?
works also with SUNTOUR NRX-S series
you can adjust the RAIDON fork from 100 mm to 80 mm
where can i get that pin driver? or any diy tool?
So my 120mm travel on my axon fork. Can I get the travel to 140mm? That would be brilliant if I could

No dumbass
Can i do this on my xcr air?
wheres the rest of the video.....
suntour raidon x3 air 100mm and 120 mm ?
YANITLA
Also applicable to a Raidon XC.
Sorry. Just posted a question in the wrong place! To increase the travel on my Raison's, do I move the pins towards the dropouts or the fork crown?
Toward the crown, like in the video. Don't overdo it, though, or the bike's geometry will suffer.
+Vojtěch Prais Cheers. Just wanted to be clear on it, before I attempt it!
At that point you may as well switch from grease to oil. I use about 40 ml of 10W-40 in each leg, no sealing needed if you tighten the bolts properly.
What's the advantage of oil over grease?
