The Supreme Court recently ruled that Executive Branch agencies can not make their own laws. Since Congress has not made any law regarding "reset triggers" the ATF has no legal standing to do so.

When I was in the Marine Corps I thought full auto was great fun... because I didn't have to buy the ammo. Ever since, I put way more emphasis on making hits than spraying bullets. To that end I've had no interest in these giggle switches that keep showing up in one form or another. Thus, I've not had to worry about these ATF witch hunts... but they still irritate my sense of freedom.
I am in 100% agreement with you. I hang the sign outside my house that says "Due to rising costs of ammunition NO warning shots will be fired." Ammo has become the new currency. 👍

But, you should also know that just because you dont purchase the triggers doesnt mean that the ATF isnt eventually going to come for the rest of us! They HAVE to DISARM us all or their agenda will not work! Remember that, they wont stop at triggers or bump stocks! They are going to try and take every gun they can from law abiding citizens! It is great when you are belt fed, mounted on a vehicle, aircraft or fixed position to light of vehicles, cluster fu3kz or laying down grazing or suppressive fire. Armor loves it for cleaning each other off of assaulting troops and hosing trenches. It is also good in the individual rifle when you have to do a center peel, suppress the enemy in a retreat or rush to contact, etc.

For whatever anybody thinks it might be worth my two cents is that if you are building one or more weapons from scratch, then to avoid potential legal problems go ahead and stamp "serial numbers" on them. Just a random string of numbers that is not recorded anywhere and bears no relation at all to the number of weapons that might have been produced, That way if someone examines the weapon they will see a "serial number" and not get their panties in a wad and create legal hassles for you because the weapon does not have a "serial number".
We free Americans have always had the right to build our own firearms. No two-bit ATF dipshit will ever find them.

@@Kool-Papa-Rell This might be a difficult concept for some people to grasp, but the government exceeded it's Constitutional authority when it created the ATF and the laws relating to firearms they spend most of their time enforcing. Noncompliance when one can get away with it is one way to deal with that.

Are you afraid to say "Forced Reset Triggers"? I had to go back and find where you said it. You said it so fast and quiet that I actually missed it. I do not have one of those things because I am not very good with the regular one. It just seems that it would be better for me with single shot (and people around me would agree).
A LOT of my friends have AR style rifles. I use a Savage bolt action in .223 Remington. I have found that they go through ammo a lot faster than me.

To each his own. I prefer to control the placement of my shots. ‘Played’ with full-auto, etc, in the military. It was fun, but you have to know when to use what wisely and where. Collateral damage is not something that you would want. Be responsible.
In common use does not mean the govt gets to limit things to suit their gun control wants. Machine guns were limited by govt infringements, this does not mean they arent in common use. How many would be in us homes if they had not infringed on the right?
The common use test will prevent any new technology from being used by the public. If the common use test would have been adopted at the founding, then we would still only have access to firearms with 1700's technology.

I have watched several videos from this channel, and I appreciate them. This one has me confused. As a 2nd Amendment patriot, and as a Federal Agent Firearms Instructor, I don't know what he is talking about or referring to. Could just be me, but all of the semi-autos that I have, have a trigger reset. It's part of the standard design for normal functioning for the follow through shot. That does not make it a fully automatic, it is just part of the semi-automatic design. So, maybe I'm just confused, it's just that I'm not sure what message is here???
