My friend's husband was working as an engineer with Jet airways, when it shut, few months they were managing on savings then soon he got job with Air Asia. For a year he was in B'lore while wife and son stayed here in Mumbai and after that he moved back to Mumbai and still working with Air Asia. Same way things will work out well for you too.

I being myself a government employee can feel your tension regarding it getting privatized.....coz there are many rules,schemes which are different for govt and for private company...even I think the salary also.....but Tata being a reputed company....I think it won't have much effect....and it's being shown in the news also that Tata capitalization has increased to 3 times more....so don't worry all will be good and I think it's lucky that it has been taken bt TATA and not other companies..

No matter what, everyone has their own struggles, and trust me it teaches you hell lot. In private sector, each day when you work at the senior mid level, you need to perform as minute, there is someone who can replace you easily with their skill set. This is the most wonderful thing we are positively competitive and trying n also devoting time to number of courses to upgrade and reach to top management. As money is all we want, we can't say that money doesn't buy happiness. Definitely money buys happiness is what I believe that's y continuously we work hard and feel content. Don't think much keep going.

I being myself a government employee can feel your tension regarding it getting privatized.....coz there are many rules,schemes which are different for govt and for private company...even I think the salary also.....but Tata being a reputed company....I think it won't have much effect....and it's being shown in the news also that Tata capitalization has increased to 3 times more....so don't worry all will be good and I think it's lucky that it has been taken bt TATA and not other companies..

Don't think Tata will try to change the existing configuration specifically for technical positions or cut salary. Tata group is known for employee welfare more than profit making. It really can't go anymore downhill than it is right now.

No matter what, everyone has their own struggles, and trust me it teaches you hell lot. In private sector, each day when you work at the senior mid level, you need to perform as minute, there is someone who can replace you easily with their skill set. This is the most wonderful thing we are positively competitive and trying n also devoting time to number of courses to upgrade and reach to top management. As money is all we want, we can't say that money doesn't buy happiness. Definitely money buys happiness is what I believe that's y continuously we work hard and feel content. Don't think much keep going.

It's a common misconception amongst those having private jobs that there is no work pressure in govt offices. My dad is in state govt and I've seen him working so hard, not a day off during Covid. I'm so proud of all the govt employees who never get the due appreciation. 🙏🙏❤️❤️

I fly with Air India international mostly coz of timings and weight and also service pilots very good but maintenance wise not happy I mean actually when the passengers use the flight you know it.dont worry I feel Tata will do good .All the best
