Your art and channel are always special treats. I tend to use the same dozen brushes repeatedly, and they show their utility. I think brushes have magical shapes but had never thought to adorn any of them until seeing your video today. I don’t do fabric arts, but last year had found a spool of dark, mottled Asian string that I could not resist buying. Wrapping it around the narrow brush handle gave it something like a winter coat. It may serve as a reminder to explore brush making further and hopefully let loose creative possibilities as you have done. They are such beautiful pieces you made. Thank you for the inspiration.
You must be in your element because you look so healthy and content. Vibrancy surrounds you and it brings me joy to see the radiance in your face. I started smiling two minutes into the video. I kept all my sunflower stalks for trellis support and one root structure was so beautiful, I cleaned it for a future project. Guess what my first brush handle will be? Once again, thank you for ALWAYS moving the goal post and raising the bar of inspiration. If there was one Dianne in every preschool, every country in the World, well, one can always dream.....
I love your background paintings. They are so unique, but remind me of Japanese Ukiyo-e prints. Just gorgeous ❤.
@sandradenicola5707 thank you, that's quite a complement
