I've never imagined to do a curved side racks setup. It looks so cool and comfortable!

Could we see a four up, one down stealth rack, and three sided rack variations?

I play a 1 up, 2 down Pearl setup with my 12” & 14” mounted on my side rack.. Having issues trying to get my ride in the right place (in the second rack Tom position). I wanted a horizontal extension bar coming off of the front side rack vertical, going across the top of my bass drum to clamp splashes to. To do that I used the 30” horizontal bar that came with the side rack, had to cut it down so that I could get a clamp underneath the top clamp of the upright (make sense?) BUT it’s slightly too high, can’t have it any lower as I wouldn’t be able to put the horizontal on. Can’t mount the ride off of the 30” curved horizontal that I use on my side rack as it covers the front upright top clamp and therefore can’t mount a cymbal boom out of it ... Does that all make sense? Would a 40” horizontal bar on the side rack work work better? As I’d have 10” more inches to play with and possibly clear the upright top clamp from the ride to mount a cymbal boom arm out of for a crash ... Does that all make sense??

Sauron191 it is difficult to understand what you are referring to without seeing it. Can you send us an email to contact@gibraltarhardware.com with pictures?

i prefer the look of gibraltar but arent the clamps prone to slippage bc of the round pipes?

I need to mount my Yamaha kit using the second option shown, but I use a 10" piccolo tom and I want my 13" tom to be a floating floor tom next to my 16" floor tom. Any Ideas, Brent?

Hey Brent does the stealth side rack come in a curved configuration for both sides ? also I have rack mount style floor toms how do I mount them ?

The stealth does not come in curved side racks, only straight. To mount hanging floor toms to the side stealth, you will need tom arm long enough to get the height you need. If your tom requires an L rod, then the SC-SPCM arm would be best for placing the drum at a playable height. However, since this is a side rack, I don’t recommend mounting floor toms to it. It could affect the stability.

I want to mount a 10" and 12" Pearl Reference toms using Stealth Curved Side Bars. What length should I use?

I mount my Pearl Masters MCX 12” & 14” toms in the 2 down positions mounted on my side rack .. Is that what you mean?? Or do you mean a horizontal curved bar going over you bass drum to mount 10” & 12” toms in rack Tom positions 1&2?
