Bought it a few days ago. This masterpiece has already a place in my future recordings. It's character and soul is just so enormous, so inspiring. I like a lot of SDX packs, but this one is so SPECIAL - if you want to sound huge, pop and try to mix your skills with the best sound in the world from 80s music era - it's irreplacable. There is no other library like this on the market. And I really like that we get two libraries in it - acoustic and lovely recorded and processed electronic drums.
Damn, you guys impress me everytime you create a new SDX or EZX. This one here is a masterpiece! Awesome job, now i just have to wait for the download to finish!
As soon as they said Manu and Peter Gabriel, I was sold! Secret World Live was the cd that got me started into drumming and my love for Yamaha Drums. Same goes for Phill/Chester with Genesis and The Way We Walk and the Sonor sound. 10:06 Baby dont you loose my number!
wow, I was waiting for anything Hugh would share about his biggest hits and how they were recorded, for a long time. And now this! Wonderful! I could watch and learn from him for days! Hope he will be conducting workshops or produce more video clips about those great sounds in the future. And I hope he will continue to bring us new and fresh sounds, too!
Incredible! Of course, I don‘t wanna sound like Phil Collins BUT it will be great to use these superb gated drum sounds now for so many ideas that I haven‘t been able to proceed yet. Toontrack always surprises me!
Absolut amazing ❤ Absolutely great. Whatever Roland conjures up in the future with the technology of dwdrums. It will never come close to what toontrack puts their heart and soul into. I love the sound and the feeling when I play my e-drums live on the stage with the samples from toontrack.
How do you go into the console, when playing live? Do you use some kind of soundcard/interface connected to the computer with at least 4/8 outputs? (Which one?) Do you use a laptop btw? Or I've heard some solution to use an Intel NUC without a display, put Superior to autorun (i.e. start automatically when Windows has booted), and get a virtual Dante licence and go to the console's Dante input through the Ethernet socket of the NUC. So in the end it's like a Windows Mac Mini with the output being the Ethernet port, through the Dante Virtual network, going straight into the console's Dante input. What do YOU use? :)
