This video demonstrates Zidane's versatility when it came to scoring. Zizou is seen here getting the ball into the net with long range volleys, penalty kicks, free kicks, headers, the list goes on. He might not have been as prolific a scorer as some of the other giants of his era, but Zidane is definitely one of the all-time greats, maybe even the best ever midfielder, and probably my favourite player ever. Not to mention his success as RM's manager. Who wouldn't love to see him become France's next coach after Deschamps (possibly after Euro 2020)?

I remember him receiving a ball from the skies (kind of life the one he got for his famous ucl goal, only here he was on the middle field) and stop it dead at his feet in one touch. Can't find what game it was in.

for an attacking midfielder he was very prolific. 31 goals in over a hundred games is nothing to sniff at for an attacking midfielder.
