I really like these short videos! I am homeschooling a son who has developmental disabilities and this 101 series has been great for an easy to digest overview of the topic.
thats amazing!
Demanding 4K version of this video so I can screenshot new wallpapers
2:14 would of made a good screen shot if it was 4k
Me through the whole video
@@v2nanaga629 the same ^^
@@NathanChisholm041 3:30 too
@@NathanChisholm041 Oooh you're right
Only bad in this video is no Celsius need to use international units or make a conversion
and you need to put a comma between sentences.
@@Hussein_Nur who cares
@@Hussein_Nur @Hussein Nur And the first word in your sentence needs to be capitalized
Long Ps The word “and” should not be used to begin a sentence.
I wanna know more about the coastal desserts.
Tasty!
Why not the temperatures also in Celsius.
Non US citizens are not use to this F.
That is a good request
I disliked because of no Celsius
we go by which ever unit of measurement has a flag on the moon

NG, you have nailed the 101 video format by now! I really appreciate the ending with a powerful message
Again, desertification doesn't mean desert formation.
Deserts are functional ecosystems adapted to low water availability.
Desertified areas refers to those ecosystems deeply damaged that has lost soil fertility and biodiversity.
Many ecosystems are vulnerable and can become desertified areas, no deserts.
Hi nategeo
Another good explanation about desert...

Deserts are so wonderful ✨
Your pretty
They's such amazing places! If you'd like to learn more about them, you can read on here: on.natgeo.com/2X6H1dD
It's pretty cool how there's so much happening in a seemingly deserted place. The cacti always intrigue me
@@veteransforequality7347 You're*
I have noticed that desertification shouldn't be confused with a "desert ecosystem formation". Desertification is a lost of resources within an ecosystem which implies soil and flora lost. The result becomes a very vulnerable and poor biogeochemical interactions.
A desert ecosystem is the resulting system of evolution which implies hundreds or thousands of years of interactions. The soul structure is stable and functional, the flora and fauna are particularly functional and plenty adapted.
Beautiful cinematography
Sonoran desert = saguaro cactus
Chihuahua desert = yappy little dogs

Mmm mmm....dessertification...sounds deliscious

The video showed that the desert was not only a barren place, but also a beautiful place for living creatures.
Nicely explained 👍 thanx
It's wonderful view of desert as nature!
Thanks lot for sharing 🌹
Stay safe my dear friend 🌷
Have a nice day 💐👍👍👍👍👍
These 101 videos r so educating

Hey this is a informative video, you include nice pics and cool videos. And good voice, i like that. Then to the last its amazing. Really good 👍
Siempre me gusto desde que estaba pequeño obserbaba los programas estar subcrito es un privilegio!!
So great view👍👍👍
Thanks for beautiful sharing🌹🙏
You should certainly have a text in the video to inform the Celsius temperatures whenever you're stating Fahrenheit temperatures. This is an international platform.
And this is an American company...
Thank you, but could you use Celsius or Kelvin? It would be easier to understand.
no
Sahara cactus has long deep roots
So amazing
It's very interesting for me n informative
Ive always enjoyed this channel 😊👍❤
Amazing stuff! Me and my grandma loved this. Reminds me of Sand
This is the best video in the world
The temperature in the middle of Saudi Arabia is 46 C/ 114 F now ☀️🔥🌞
Nat Geo I suggest to follow International system of units.
It’s made in the US 🤦♂️
Hablo español y adoro todo tus videos son geniales I speak spanish yuo are asome
Me: It could be cool if someone could make a program on youtube talking about everything
National Geographic: 101 series
International units are jokes for you?
Nat Geo was founded in the US.
Very helpful thank you
Thank you so much this video helped me in my exam
You would think a company as global as National Geographic would actually at least include a Celsius figure in the video if they are gonna speak a Fahrenheit temp number.
fantastic national geographic channel
Wow😮
I like that 🎉❤
Thanks for helping w/ homework!
Paldies - thanks from Riga, Latvia!
this video was good!!!
Such beauty.
Thx for info
fantastic national geographic
Awesome
Spectacular photography
WOWWW
It is just unfathomable to me that National Geographic does not apply the International System of Units. If science you speak of, the language of science you must utilize.
Because Nat Geo was founded in the US. Also, you seem like the kid that used big words to impress his 5th grade teacher.
Great!
Why use fahrenheit? Only 1 country even knows what that is.
because this is made in the US big brain.
It’s not that hard to learn both units of temperature
I get thirsty just watching this video. 🤤
Nice and informative video
Thank you so much your video helped me so much in my holiday homework
this video is so interesting i love the little meercats
Wow
Thank you 😊

Phoenix Arizona😍🌵☀️
How do you live there? I just can't bear the heat.
Rover US yea it’s full sun and 110 degrees everyday😂 You kind of get used to the dryness after a while🌵

🔥110🔥😨 that's crazy!
I can have a shower per hour. I think I'm gonna visit Arizona in a pool with me.😆
Rover US yea everyone has pools because there’s really no shade or cool spots anywhere😂
Thank you this was quite interesting

The Levant is not a desert. It has Mediterranean climate. Come here and see all the green around:)

Cactus is so sweetie
This would be more fun if David Attenborough narrated
Thank you
thanks this was great and i like watching ur vids
Greetings from Belgrade - Serbia!
Cordoba in Spain is the only place you would technically be able to classify as a desert in Europe if you go off of the 10 inch's of rain or less rule, but it is not a True dessert due to the lack of indigenous arad like vegetation which the Americas, Africa and parts of Asia have in their desserts. It is more of a hybrid between Mediterranean and cold arid climate.
I miss the desert one day I'll return to see the cacti and geckos.
Nice love it
0:30 but what about costal deserts? Like the Namibian Desert and the Atacama Desert.
2:50
Great job
I don't know why, but i just love deserts
i too also like the last part of a meal. The sweetness of it in my mouth really brings the dinner all together.

Why Fahrenheit and Inches, instead of Celcius and Centimeters..?
Because this is made in the US big brain.
Joshua Fu it contains all the continents, they should use more common measurement units
