I love that they let him improvise so he gets to blend his native Kazakh elements over a more Western background into a rich musical tapestry. God knows, the more east and west can come together in beauty the better.

@The Warrior 4ever nobody said to compare them or even find which would be "better". i only suggested to react to both of them, and i personally find that they add to each other ... similar (just listen, react, maybe state differences, and not judge for being "better" than the other) applies to many songs and versions, eg love is like a dream which was composed 25 years ago by Igor for Alla Pugacheva (and seems to have been quite popular), with a newer version 10-15 years ago by Lara Fabian, and recently by Dimash. all three versions are available on YT, and all with Igor at the piano :-) by following all those rabbit holes, i even also found a video where Igor was singing himself.
