Pro review here. I've been using the ol cuntsman for nearly 15 years. Takes an auto dark insert and if you're clever you can retrofit other headgear into the hood. Takes paint really well. I always paint mine white cause tradition, reflects heat. Light cheap and you can find them secondhand or free. Flip fronts good but I always prefer the static cause weight.
Is there any light leak around the flip lens? I'm going to be welding for the first time soon, and want something passive that isn't fatiguing when constantly switching from shade to no shade, that also has room for a respirator. What are your thoughts on the Miller MP10?
I personally love a good 2x4 lens huntsman is pretty good no lite leaks the flip is like a light switch it snaps shut I haven't tried the miller mp10 but I'm sure it's light and has some expensive clear lenses
@@30hourreview Thank you. I think I'll be going with a similar style as in this video. If I'm in tight spaces, I want to be able to flip the lens up without it clipping things, something that will be much easier with a rectangular flip up lens
Been using mine for 5 years, I can’t stand helmets that smash me in the chest when I’m trying to look down… Pair this with a black stallion FR cloth Clip on bib and it’s also extremely blacked out inside you don’t get any light pollution! Mine is the 411P though not the flip model have been debating it though….
