Something amazing to take notice of when Djokovic is on the other end is the incredible consistent depth he can produce as the balls land near the baseline close to Zverev’s feet making it difficult for Zverev to hold the rally. I thought Nole is a better competitor and all these top guys pretty much have the same level. But even Zverev, a former world number 2, a proper base liner with huge ground strokes off both wings is having trouble staying in the rally with Novak. If Novak is playing at even his 70 per cent, you have to absolutely red line and then keep that level for 3 out of 5 sets to have a chance to beat Djokovic on a hard court in grand slams.
very very nice moves from Sacha..I feel like he's wasting energy though with ample movements like these. Compare with the simplicity of Nvak's backhand for instance. Not easy to be a tall tennis player!
Apart from Nole who doesn't need any more words, it is such pity that Zverev did not win a single GS, he had all qualities except a good trainer. I wished Becker will train him but I do not know why they never collaborated. I think it is too late for him now, I feel he has that injury anxiety after that awfull accident and he does not go all out.
lol if you talk about injury anxiety, it's thiem. Zverev is back in the top 10 after the injury. The thing that is stopping him from a GS right now is how tough the competition out there
every error in practice translates to approximately 3 errors in a real game. Djokovic never being the reason the rally ended once is more impressive than you think.
Ngl this was not the best from both. They were so inconsistent especially in the 'bowtie drill.' I'd expect them to be having solid rallies. Still great players tho.
5:34 is what's super annoying practicing with people sometimes. like cmon, the ball was SLIGHTLY hit away from the middle. jog your ass over there and return the ball back lol. not everything is gonna be perfectly down the middle sheesh

lol I don't think a moderate paced rally down the middle is going to give Zverev any trouble.
@@johncharles2357 neither do I but a fast paced one will
Thanks for the upload! Keep it up
Djokovic operates with such efficiency that wasted energy is almost non-existent, c'est incroyable
Oui. Il maîtrise très bien le jeu.
I really love the split screen view of side + back. Thanks so much for filming and uploading this!
Djokovic gained lots of muscle.
Great video! Thank you so much!
No he did not gain muscle, his physique has been almost exactly the same since 2011.
he looks ripped, great chest and abs
@@tijgertjekonijnwordopgegetennah, in 2018 he looked skinny af.
Djokovic ball striking so clean 99% of the time 🥵
What a great practice between Alexander and No1et. Thank you for this great video! 😍
I've watched a lot of tennis in my day. With that said, whenever these two get together, it's the cleanest hitting imaginable.
its easy to see how great is djokovic lateral move on the court, he put himself always in the right position to hit with his body weight forward.
I wish I could thumbs up three times
Court level has to be the most insightful angle for any tennis player!
Huge difference in technic skills. Djokovic is hitting the ball clearly like 95%, Zverev maybe 8/10.
djokovic has close to ideal technique on both wings. zverev has a world class backhand but quite poor forehand technique for being an olympic champion
how come i swing as hard as i can and i can't hit as hard as djoker who seems actively determined to hit slow here. Physics is bullshit
😂
Maybe his racquet is heavier
😂😂
Let your wrist relaxed
Open your racket head more to get more power. Tricky thing is you need also more spin. So the right technique is necessary.
Verry nice
ماشاءاللہ بھوت اچھا الله خوب نوازے 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
The strokes are so different now.
Feels like Joker coaching Sasha
The difference between Djokovic and others is he can hit the ball comfortably at any position: high, low, waist height with deadly accuracy
Thank for analisys
Zverev here clearly more comfortable and consistant with backhand vs forehand.
i’m going to make a video in the future on why his backhand is world class and why he struggles on his forehand.

Who was the player practising drills before Novak and Sascha ?
조코비치의 스트로크는 정말 안정적이네. 단순히 랠리라고 하지만 점점 강해지는 랠리 속에서도 너무 일정하다.
역시 조코비치

Djoker and Sascha had better backhands than their forehands..

He’s a choker.

Zverev made FO semi-finals three years in a row; even returned and made semi-final after the injury
He made the final too this year, I think he'll get one

Do the spectators have to pay to see this?
I guess its because im the local weed grower right
