I absolutely loved how you are spreading your good bacteria all over everywhere you go!! 💫 I didn't see that coming and it really made my day!! I have one question - does toasting the bread kill the good bacteria or ruin the beneficial mojo?
I made an experiment and fermented wheat bread for 9 days in Kefir and tested the bread. It came above 1600 mg/kg gluten inside! So nothing for ciliac. Whoever interested in the test result, I can send it.
Q I bought the Cutting Edge Cultures easy Kefir starter doesn't Anyone know what Tem should I use for my Sous Vide Circulator? There diff tem from 100 to 75F for 24 but other say obove 100 can kill the bacteria so I'm confused 😕
