I didn’t see a gray wire. Is that on the thermostat wire or coming from the unit?

If you’re talking about the three wires going to the compressor, the common, the start and the run, it’s gonna be 220 in between common and run a comment and start

I believe you talking about the wet switch and that’s 24 V
