That first little kiss and when he looks at her after then he swoops back in. Luke was very good at showing that Colin felt the spark the moment he brush Penelope’s lips with his. you could literally see his “oh shit what in the world is this spark” look. He then swoops back in for a longer kiss because he just can’t help himself. The fact that when she breaks off from the kiss to say thank you, he is still hovering over her as though waiting to go In for another kiss and she completely does not notice it cause she was probably too embarrassed to notice his intention. But when she walks away she literally left him on fire wanting more. you could clearly see that he was taken aback at how much he wanted her. Very well acted their chemistry is on fire.
This is why Penelope didn’t tell Eloise she was Lady Whistledown. She is so sloppy and cannot keep a secret for very long. The only reason she was able to keep Pen’s identity a secret was because no one really asked her who LW is in the off season.
That kiss is my favourite scene in this season. It’s beautiful. Plus, I love that after the kiss, but before she pulls away, his eyes are open and looking at her, yet she can’t look at him, so she doesn’t see it. Really well done.
idk if you noticed because it was so quiet (i didnt know until i looked it up) but when Pen is talking to Lord Remington (the one who loves gossip) and Colin was looking at them, an orchestra version of Jealous by Nick Jonas was playing in the background
I loved that is was closer to the book. Anyone who hasnt read book (or listened to the audiobook) are missing out. Omg, I am dying....it was soooo good
I loved how Cressida called Eloise out on her need to gossip or whatever she was doing in that scene with Eloise was extremely good because Eloise needed to hear that and What's wrong with Penelope needing a little extra help with certain areas and like how to flirt? but Eloise needs to be more careful about when she opens her mouth and to whom she opens her mouth to because you never know who could be listening and who could use it against the person and the way that Colin just tore into Eloise for spilling the fact that he was helping Penelope with learning how to flirt and other things was really sweet which shows me he'd be a protective husband toward Penelope
He just didn’t do that they used that so the viewers see he’s change of feeling but in the book it was when he analyzed his feeling for Penelope there where other ways they could have done that honestly that was so out of character
@@kaycinemas I feel like they used something completely different to further drive home the “ladies man” persona. But that’s just not who Colin is. He’s the sweet lovable teddy bear who would dance mid-day in public with Pen just because.
The story line doesn't make sense to me be they do not have titles nor rank... only their son does. To add insult to injury, they are (gasp) "trades people," "cits,"or "merchants," a class of people shunned by the aristocracy/ton. I know this is not a historically accurate show, but that is a bit much, especially on top of them having the Mondrich's son and Portia's 1st grandson being bequeathed their titles instead of following the rules of primogeniture.

I cried same time when you did at the kiss, genuinely did not think I would feel that much🥹
i was so SHOCKED at the end of episode 2🤭thats when i knew this season was gonna be good🤭
I also laughed at the “more ladies” part I was taken back how they laughed at the same time 😭
I died when you said you needed Lady Danbury to come and help you! I’m like girl, same. 😂

Omg yess! Ahaha love that

I liked that Eloise finally got called out in her bs
11:18 Poor Mr. Finch 🤣He can't handle her beauty
I cried too in that scene sis, we all did....❤❤
Colin is no longer a kid haha. That scene with those 2 women really caught me by surprise!
The Nigerian in you came out with that Ehen! 😂 Love it!
Ahaha girlllll, you know it! 😂
Mí reacción en todos los capítulos fue gritar Jajajaj llorar, emocionarme, alegrarme, enojarme❤ Colín te amooo
I don’t want to be a part of that (true) but I will watch the hell outa it😂! Love your reactions😊 bestie slumber party vibes❤
Love your reactions!! Very similar to my own!!!!
Me too
Kay, love watching with you!
I feel like i was there in your living room watching it with you 🤣🤣🤣
Ahahah aww thank youu!!
Got to bring us Bridgerton fam together!
Eloise is getting on my last nerve imagine becoming besties with Penelope’s bully wtf
Is anyone else bothered by Colin going to brotherls that’s not in the book also was unnecessary for the plot
I knew it was coming because I read spoilers but it was still shocking. There were ways to convey that without us seeing it
He just didn’t do that they used that so the viewers see he’s change of feeling but in the book it was when he analyzed his feeling for Penelope there where other ways they could have done that honestly that was so out of character
I like that, it shows he's no longer a kid with wishful thinking
So in order to be seen like an adult you need to go to brothels now? 💀
Personally I didn’t love that the passage Pen read from Colin’s journal isn’t the gorgeous passage from the book.
I was thinking the same thing
The passage from the book is better!

I think Pen will have a baby before either of her sister's will
That would be nice! But the sisters are already pregnant
The Boxer and his wife represented working class, self made people, But now they are also lord and lady. IT'S BORING.. 🙄
^^ Facts 💯
I hope he doesn’t give up his club

Show fell off you said?
