For the koso relocation mount, couldn’t you remove the triple tree and just flip those signal/speedo cable over the the front of the bike and put your triples back on? Jw cause I’m considering doing the dl04 with the relocation mount.

I set my Speedo with GPS verification to 95% with stock pulleys for reference.

According to their manual the standard tire size is 1454mm. I measure mine at 2030, so my factor should be 1.396. Am I wrong?

Not possible without adding a fuel sending unit to the tank, the bolt doesn’t have a fuel sender in the tank
