Life is a test. If we are triggered by ourselves because we don't understand the challenge, we must try to see the good in it. What can we learn? Always love because that is the highest level. If we can love darkness, we become light 🙏
Rabbi thank you . I want to share that the other day I watched a NDE testimony and it was a huge reminder how much Hashem loves ALL his children, the person was shown all his life all the pain and good he caused , how all souls are interconnected and in it Hashem loves us in the most highest level your meditation helps put it in a Torah perspective.

Chazak u’baruch! A very raw and heartfelt teaching and meditation. My biggest takeaway is that we are co creators with Hashem in writing his-story. That the story of the klippot ie evil, darkness, terror is just a mask. There’s a level of consciousness and reality that we can tap into when we are aligned and connected with Hashem, and in that space there is only love, goodness, kedusha and truth. Once your soul is plugged into that level then you’re protected and you can draw down and manifest light for yourself and for the world. Thank you Rav Katz 🤍🩵
