See there lies the problem…people with extremely thick, heavy hair have the issue that yes, styling it like this video works, but the hair starts to fall flat after not even an hour after styling it. And I have tried EVERYTHING to keep that volume up. I can only do it when my hair is cut extremely short. So this method works great…but it never lasts for people like me who seriously have thick, heavy hair. Even when it’s a bit shorter than the mannequin’s hair used in this video, it just die not last…no matter what I do!! Hairspray, sea salt, putty, gel, absolutely nothing helps to keep my hair from falling flat.
Its its really that bad just shave it off and be bald. I know lots of attractive bald dudes. Most people really wont judge you for it at all. And if they do they're dicks, no reason to listen to those kind of people

After I shower and wash my hair I put headphones in with my fringe back until it dries. Works nicely and it’s easy, could also use a hairband.
Actually just googled it and there’s a chance that this will lead to hair loss. So be careful
